The restaurant was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff

I booked and paid over a month ago, and after a 6 hour drive, they had given my room away, so I had to find somewhere else to stay

they gave my room away and I had to find other accommodations, hopefully i will get a refund

I did not like much about the property. This hotel was probably a nice place in the 80s and the 90s, right now it’s rundown and sad.

decorations from the 90s, dirt, badly need of a renovation, no coffee maker in the room, bed comforters that were literally 20 years old, Gymnasium was a health hazard, every machine was broken. Literally should not even be accessible to the public in its current state. room service could not bring me a pot of coffee - instead they had to bring the Styrofoam cups that were cold by the time they got to my room. I asked for an iron and an ironing board, and they brought me an iron and asked me to use the table in my room as an ironing board. they referred to themselves as a five star hotel. I have no idea what star system they are using, but that rating is comical. This is maybe a three star hotel, more than likely a two star hotel. I would choose a best western or a motel six over this place any day of the week. The sad part is that the staff was extremely kind and nice, and they tried to help me, but they even smiled, and we’re embarrassed when I asked them questions - they knew this place was not up to par, but they obviously did not wanna lose their jobs.

everything. we had bed bugs crawling in room 127 all over the bed. also crickets. filthy, soiled linens. they moved us to another room, albeit cleaner linens, but the cockroaches in it added another layer. avoid.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Very clean property.

The pool area is nice

The staff is rude and disorganized. The facilities are very tired and in need of an update.

Personal on lobby wasn't exactly friendly. Prices on menu was one and by room service another. Remote (tv) wasn't working. Had to walk to the TV to turn it on/off, shower was dirty so did the chairs near the pool (dove poop) or covered. Hotel was on the outskirts of the centrum.

I've booked one night to stay after train before go back to Mexico-city, it was a promo price so 65 USD per night is very low for such kind of hotel. It was free transportation from the train station to hotel- very good surprise. We were offered excursion for the town and in the region- if we stay for more time, could be an option. Very nice and helpful staff. Good location on the main street. Palms in the internal yard )

Breakfast included in the room rate was just coffee and and a piece of bread. Of course, you can take additionally what you want from menu, but this is 5-star hotel, so prices are high.
