I room was cleaned well and and location was close to the hospital where I needed to get to.

the fact that the house across the street was getting moved, that happened in the wee hours of the morning and was a little annoying. but nothing against the facility at all.

Room smelt fresh and the sheets were beautifully white and fresh. The location suited our needs and there is a very nice Chinese take away and bakery a short drive away.

It could have more pots and kitchen equipment.

Flies keep come , kitchen is old , sink in bathroom not hot warm .the road go the motel not clear explanation.

Paint near the shower needs tutoring up . The hot tap at the sink is looking a bit shabby . Other wise clean and tidy .

The itching afterwards sliding door didn't work and remote never worked

Our 'family room' was a large 3 bedroom apartment with all amenities included. Large separate kitchen. Very big dining and living area. 2 double beds, 3 singles. A balcony overlooking the pool area. Nice and big. Perfect for our family.

It was a bit dated which contributed to the not so clean feeling. However, it was tidy. It was really hot up there. There was only 1 pedal fan so we all ended up dragging the mattresses out to the lounge so we could all sleep with the fan for air flow.

Noise from the neighbors dogs. I know it's not the motels fault. All of the rooms back onto the same property and they have little yappy dogs. Everything bout the property was great. Highly recommend When I first had confirmed booking was told pool was closed. Management cleared up that and use of pool was available on arrival. Beautiful cold pool on a hot northland day.
