Guests arriving at midnight and talking outside our room for ages

noisy, too close to busy road. the internet was unusable in the room because of poor signal. The manager claimed he didn’t know about the internet problem. Dishonest and didn’t care.

Friendly staff and everything was very clean

No lamp by the bedside, no peppermint tea

Lack of cutlery, 1tsp,3spoons,2forks 3 knives. Minimal crockery.

Several guests were up and about every hour or so and were talking outside my room.

Room perfect for our needs.

Toilet did not flush properly - toilet paper and waste required extra flushes, wasting water. Noticed when turning the light on in the Toilet and basin area that the light fittings had dead insects - just needs cleaning out

Owner was lovely, friendly and felt comfortable right from the get go. Room was clean and tidy, beds nice and firm.

Excellent service of room and friendly staff.

The bed mattress seriously needs to be replaced. This is way past its use by date.

Very cold top unit we had,I had told owner that heater wasn’t working and he told me how to do it and it still wasn’t working the next morning. I approached him and he gave me a heater from another room so very disappointed that we left in a cold room overnight Draft from front door and kitchen window , condensation was terrible this was quite noticeable other than that had No choice but do with what we got 😢
