The hotel is in a beautiful location with many great amenities and great restaurants. The room was a good size and well stocked with everything that you may need when you were there.

The service. I stayed at this property before but this time, the service was but a shadow of what it used to be. Beach was not maintained as it used to be, the beach staff did not remove the trash that the previous guests left behind. In the restaurants, the food, although very tasty, took a very long time to get to the table and the wait staff sometimes seemed like they didn’t know what table ordered what food. Every bill had a 20% gratuity automatically included even though the service didn’t warrant that amount half the time. The price was very much Ritz-Carlton but the service was far from it.

I liked everything about the hotel. No complaints.

If felt like it was a bit expensive for what you got.

The breakfast was exceptional, the bed was comfy, the location was great, a lot of activities, and overall a great experience.

The most I like the people who work there. The staff was super helpful, professional and friendly. The property was under construction, but it didn’t bother us much because everyone was extremely nice.

I can’t find even one thing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

pool + beach options were great; would prefer a smaller option breakfast at a lower price point; staff was awesome; upgraded our room which was a bonus

prices; beach side vs resort side = lots of walking (which is okay but got a little tiresome sometimes)
