The service was exceptional and the attention to detail was unmatched. It felt like they were reading my mind.
The heat but that's not something that could be controlled. It was very expensive but also you get what you pay for and we got A LOT.

Wonderful and exeptionally well managed hotel. Very good also the water sport on the beach included in the price. All was perfect, this hotel understands to make a vacation perfect. Absolutely great!
- kids water park could open longer
- some service people are running around without a smile for hours. Even some management service staff. This was a bit strange to us, because they should be a good example to their staff. But knowing difficulties are everywhere, we understand that this is a steady task and challenge in any hotel environment. To be clear: 95% of the staff was extremely polite and friendly, we were very very happy
- smelly room for first night (moisture), but they gave us a good room for the next days.

We loved the location - right on the beach; beautiful interior design of the hotel; clean less and comfort; staff working in the hotel was phenomenal - best we ever had- very friendly; professional and relaxed.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with many great amenities and great restaurants. The room was a good size and well stocked with everything that you may need when you were there.
The service. I stayed at this property before but this time, the service was but a shadow of what it used to be. Beach was not maintained as it used to be, the beach staff did not remove the trash that the previous guests left behind. In the restaurants, the food, although very tasty, took a very long time to get to the table and the wait staff sometimes seemed like they didn’t know what table ordered what food. Every bill had a 20% gratuity automatically included even though the service didn’t warrant that amount half the time. The price was very much Ritz-Carlton but the service was far from it.

The staff was super helpful, professional and friendly. The property was under construction, but it didn’t bother us much because everyone was extremely nice.
