A good overnight stay, great central location.

location, staff member helpful and friendly over the phone

lack of utensils, for example no bowls to use the microwave which would have been useful. shower screen door was broken and didn’t slide.

Very quiet considering the location.

On arrival Paul was most helpful. We were in Cooma to see Christie Lamb playing at the Alpine Hotel & Paul offered to drive us down which really appreciated very much. Thank you again Paul

Room was very clean and tidy and comfortable bed

Room was a bit tired looking. Man on reception not helpful had an issue with my room having an adjoining door could hear person next door who was making business calls was like they were in my room. When I went to speak to reception another traveller was complaining about toilet not working reception not very forthcoming traveler was going back to room to see if he could get it to work, I asked if I could be moved was told all rooms were booked before going to bed after 10pm noticed 1/3 of the rooms looked unoccupied and same early next morning. Also when I booked was not advised restaurant would not be open.

Restaurant closed had to go to take aways

Room was comfortable. The restaurant provided excellent meals.

The basin outside the bathroom was a bit unusual and the fridge was very basic.

bathroom very tiny and a bit odd that the vanity wasn't in the b bathroom because it was so small

Not a lot

No bowls or cutlery supplied so asked for a bowl and extra milk at check-in - this was refused - told to go down the road and buy some. Room was tired and old - Room was not very clean and carpet looked dirty.
