The location is very good, close to the night market, the staff is very good. Seven eleven is very close by.

The staff were very lovely and helpful. The lady who looked after me when I checked in was very lovely and made me feel welcome. The staff was also very available to provide recommendations about activities or places to visit in the area.

The breakfast did not have a lot of options to choose from, and the shower in my room was leaking water from the ceiling. I think it required some serious maintenance.

Toilets are bad. Water was dripping from roof. Showers don't work properly The lift is too small n only 2 people can go with a bag. .

Staff is very friendly

- Very dirty room. They are very lazy. For those who cleans - clean floor is enough. But other surfaces like tables, light switches are covered with dirt. See attached photo. - Insects in the room!!! Ants everywhere! - TV is very old from 20 century and you cant connect anything to it. Like laptop threw HDMI. In the pictures in booking there is a flat tv. - No hot water. When you open the valve all you can get is a little warm water with weak pressure. Even if a room has a bath its completely useless. Because you can't take a hot bath - there is no hot water ar all. - No security. There is no safe. And the dor and the doorlock looks ver very weak. Even on front door is a warning where said that "hotel dont take responsibility for stolen items". - The bed mattress is very very old. I feel all the springs! All the furniture in the room is very very old and have to be replaced. - Not enough light in the room. Looks dark. - Window is begind the bath. So you need to keep it closed everytime because otherwise everything will be seen by anyone from street. - On the restaurant work hours till 2 am. An in fact it closed already at 7pm so i cant find a food and have to go out and search.

Very helpful and very nice staff. Very clean room. Fridge with water every day appreciated. Close to Monkeys’ Island.

The hotel is a walking distance from 711, Kim’s massage, a shopping centre, and the Sunday night walking market . Tours are available at the reception area and the staff happily assists and greets u every time. The rooms is clean and the property is safe

Excellent location - walking distance from Patong area in Phuket. The bus stop nearby, central bus station nearby and all the shops around. The room was spacious with small balcony. The staff speaking english is nice. I took a tour from them to Phi phi island. All was well organized. 1000bht from hotel to port and phi phi islands and back.

The hotel itself is already a bit old. Needs some refreshment. Bath was old. Well it was complicated to communicate with staff who didn't speak english. However they try but when you need some help to get papers ready for plane it is not enough to just look nice. I asked to find a place where to make express PCR test in the evening but it took the guy 2hrs and in the end he didn't find. So I couldn't take flight because of that. I didn't have cash left, and the credit card machine wasn't working, so it made headaches afterwards. They asked me to pay trough Agoda for the place which in the end made it more expensive. And stuff don't know how to use Booking.com system for example they didn't know how to make non-refundable reservation thus I can pay by card which is sad. Kind of a mess all in all. I would say they need some serious training.
