the privacy and quiet place, a lot of space for the three of us us, Nice terrace for breakfast and balconies for enjoying the night sky. e enjoined the private pool. And we had to choose between a nice barbecue in the garden or a short walk to the restaurants in the village.

The place has seen some years, you can see this even it is perfectly maintained and renovated. The pool has no surface skimmer or filter, o we had to clean insects and leaves with a net. No big issue but to mentioned for others more sensible to details.

Fantastic location, owner communicated instantly when contacted and was very responsive to requests, the man who looked after the property, Denni, was excellent and always went out of his way to help. The property was a good size and had a nice layout. The garden was nice, the private pool was a good size and it was cleaned every other day. We were there for 14 days and the property was cleaned and the linen changed after 7 days. The view from the property was lovely.

The photographs on the website were obviously taken when the property was new, it is now about 20 years old from my recollection and it is looking a little tired. I suspect that the owners have struggled to survive the pandemic and maintenance / updating may have suffered as a result. Everything worked, except the for washing machine, which was changed within one hour when we reported it broken. But for the money we paid, the seriously cracked shower tray in our en-suite bathroom was unacceptable. The bedding was also below the standard I expected. There were no mattress protectors and no inner covers on the pillows, I won't describe what they were like beneath. There were no extra pillows and when we had the house fully occupied (6) there was only one very flimsy pillow for each guest. Again, at this price I don't think a couple of extra pillows is an unreasonable ask? Silly little things made a big difference, the house sleeps six but the kitchen had a two slice toaster, breakfast took forever. There was no bread / chopping board, there was only a tiny (useless) ice tray that didn't make enough ice for a single brandy sour! I am pretty sure that if I contacted the owner he would have dealt with these smaller issues immediately but I didn't come on holiday to be a property inspector! I really struggled with myself to write these negative comments because in truth, we had a lovely stay at this property and the good things certainly outweighed the not so good. In a way, that is what makes it so annoying because a little more attention to detail and a very small amount of money spent on the property, would have moved my rating from very good to superb.

Pool was not clean nd was not cleaned during our stay although promised.

The villa was perfect for our family's stay in Pissouri. The villa is in a great location and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The local shops were great for picking up necessary items, with the supermarket only a short drive away. Our contact Philippos was very helpful. The staff member was also accommodating with regular visits to clean out the pool. All in all, it was excellent service. If we were in the area again, we would definitely book again!

We have no criticism at all. Perhaps a note that tells us where to take our rubbish would have been helpful. But, it wasn't a problem as the staff member let us know when we saw him when he was cleaning the pool.

Beautiful villa with good facilities and very close to the town and beach. The team were accommodating and helpful as required.

The swimming pool isn’t heated. Due to only being April was very cold to swim in. I am sure would be more pleasurable later in the season.

The house is really spacious, with air conditioning everywhere, although we didn't need it during this time, but I can see it being extremely useful during the summer. The pool wasn't usable, as the water was too cold for the season, but it was clean and cleaned twice a week. The 2 bathrooms are useful, pity the downstairs bathroom only has a toilet and sink, as a small shower could also be useful. Kitchen is well equipped, large fridge, large cupboards in the bedrooms and plenty of space in the living/dining room. The outdoor table is great to eat. The host answered any question or issue within the hour, and it was always helpful and positive. We found some juice, wine and small bites to have in the fridge upon arrival, thank you very much, that was very kind.

Shelves in the bathrooms are missing, so difficult to put one's stuff, particularly in the en-suite bathroom. Either a couple of shelves or a small cabinet would be great. Also, some hooks to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom would be useful. The house is right next to the main road, so it tends to be on the noisy side from the traffic. It seems the sliding doors don't soundproof too well, otherwise it would be ok. The TV has a weird way of zapping through programmes, which aren't that great to start with, but that's a minor issue.

The villa was very comfortable, with AC throughout and ample towels, utensils etc. The pool was fantastic and the management team were great, very responsive to our messages giving useful information, both before and throughout our trip.

Sllightly more direct access to the beach would have been nice, but this wasn't a big issue, it was only a 5-10 minute walk.

Delightful 3 bedroomed villa with beautiful pool. Spacious and well equipped, very clean and quiet. Pretty garden with local style bbq. 10 mins walk max to shops and beach though the restaurants are very touristy and not great quality.

Needs a welcome book for local information etc. Couldnt work the tv! Air conditioning effective but stuck on 25c throughout the house.
