Wifi was unreliable

The people, the people and the people ! The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and had all amenities……. A short ride from the resident Tuk Tuk driver and you were in pub street. The hotel arranged all our trips and there absolutely nothing to fault. A good spread at breakfast too.

A small downer, the ensuit bathroom was leaky ! And due to slow season no particular atmosphere but we knew that !

Many options were provided, served most things you would want.

Homely resort for family stay recommended strongly

The front desk support was exceptional. Tour guide arrangements and event arrangements were also exceptional. Every person at the hotel provided exceptional support. The tour guide named Kim was absolutely outstanding, and we highly recommend using him. Kim was professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and considerate. This hotel's service provided an experience we will definitely recommend.

The layout of the room was perfect for staying with Mum offering privacy but also communal space to eat together. Aircon was excellent and beds were super comfy!

Kitchen could have been better resourced with more cutlery and utensils for cooking. Shower over the bath in the ensuite was awkward but perhaps just due to water pressure. Easier to shower in the shared bathroom. Wish they didn't put the music on repeat down by the pool, the natural ambience of the city and birds is lovely without the same song going over and over.

Water went off several times but they were quick to rectify this, just a bit inconvenient

A settee would be nice in the living area as seats were a bit uncomfortable after a while when watching a movie, etc

Small point: the chairs had very thin cushions and not very comfortable.

There is a large selection of choices for breakfast (everything you could expect really). The location is very central, you can walk (or use a tuk tuk) to go anywhere in Siem Reap. The pool is really nice
