The staff it perfect !! The Roma’s that not special at all , it ok.

Staff was great, very nice and helpful. The pool is great. And breakfast is good. Location fine.

The room doesn’t have a lot of light. And the construction of the bathroom, toilet and the bedroom is horrible. Moreover, smell of cigarettes can easily come inside the room. The air conditioner was loud And one time when we got to the breakfast just 15 minuets before it was finished. They started to cleanup everything on the second the breakfast suppose to be finished. Like they are saying to us, go away.

This hotel benefits from its position of not being too big, the staff get to know you by name as well as what you like to have for breakfast but it’s big enough to have the facilities you’d expect from a top end hotel. The hotel lays on entertainment and events but most of all the staff are exceptionally helpful and genuinely do whatever they can for you

A couple of minor issues with water pressure in the shower but nothing to distract from a great trip

Everything was great. Adults only place. Amazing pool and bar by the beach. Close enough for a quick 5 min tuk tuk or taxi ride. Staff went above and beyond. Fan greeted us and was helpful throughout the stay. 5* would come again.
