The staff at the reception counter is very nice and friendly! He helped us with our stay at Phillip Island a lot. The hotel itself is very good. Location is good too. Walking distance to ferry terminal and supermarkets.

All is good. But not related to hotel, we regret not renting a car for our stay because taxi service is limited and not convenient when booking.

Location is very good - it's just seconds to the beach, less than 10 minutes walk to the main strip

1. Room for six people has 2 king beds ready to sleep. two more beds you need to make yourself 2. Room for 6 people has just 1 shampoo 20 ml 3. No shower gel 4. Cot for baby is not assembled (and then you find out it's broken) 5. Staff forgets to send you information how to check in, wifi pass, code for the beach door etc until you come to the reception. Restaurant opened at 6 pm, there was 1 waiter for aprox 15 tables, so it was really slow. And cold! No heating, fireplace in the middle of the hall was not working either :(

Location was excellent, very close to the beach and Main Street. Great on-site free parking. The room was a good size for my family of four. I loved the digital check in and room entry, not having to worry about keys.

In a room for four people, I expected four pieces of each crockery, which there was four large plates and four cups however there was only two bowls, two small plates and three wine glasses. The jumping pillow has been closed down and removed, which was disappointing for my young children as it’s still advertised as available and was an appealing feature when we booked.

Great location with direct access to the beach. clean accommodation and friendly staff.

Service quality depends on which receptionist you get. The lady was got in the afternoon were cold and didn’t want to talk to us. when we asked for local recommendation, she didn’t provide any. when we asked about the facility of the room we booked, she made us to check our booking.com record instead of telling us based on the room number we were assigned to. the gentleman we got early evening and the following morning talked with a smile, provided helpful information, and was a pleasure to chat with.

the jacuzzi and pool area are beautiful and so is the location.

requested ground floor - room was upstairs Bed was not comfortable very hard Requested access for tesla charging was told yes but staff were very confused when we arrived with no actual place to have the car charge near where the room was , they gave us a powered camp site which did the job, but wasnt near the room which was a worry for theft breakin etc .
