One toilet for 4 people, kitchen and bedroom cupboards outdated decor everywhere in poor condition for price I paid. I could accept that but 2 steps away were neighbours where husband and wife fighting violently and daughters thrown out and all night above us screaming and shouting from above floor. No view from our apartment, one window not able to close which made us more concerned for safety. I had my 92 year old mum who was highly anxious all night and did not sleep and sister who has stress related issues - very very long night. Lady at front desk next morning did ask me how it was and I just said fine to get out of there quickly. Definitely not an enjoyable stay but thankfully only one night. Quiet scary actually. Security is an issue overall - front door into apartments wide open.

The apartment was newly renovated so inside it was lovely. A leather or faux leather couch would have been better for hygene
It was fine when there was no one staying above us but the walls and floors had no sound insulation therefore it was extremely noisy whilst we were there over the weekend when it was busier

Property is in need of some maintenance. Aged and worn in certain areas. Curtains falling apart, carpets worn, needs caulking around bath.

We had no problem with noise during our stay.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
We arrived on a very wet day and found the steps up to our room quite slippery.

Rangehood in kitchen was dirty and did not work so could not use kitchen

Spa and Pool was great especially the heated spa on a cold night.
Location was excellent, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Reception staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Apartments were spacious and spotless. The beds were so comfortable I had the best night sleep. The location was excellent i could walk everywhere that i needed. Couldn't fault the wifi and the smart tv was great, we watched a movie on netflix after we had a lovely BBQ by the pool which looked gorgeous at night with all the lights.

The staff were fantastic, the rooms were huge and clean! King beds were really comfy. Facilities were great. Having a pool and spa was great especially during the really hot days. Location was also great as only a short stroll to the beach, cafes ans restaurants.

The bathroom door wasnt locking properly , it was rickety ... the balcony wasn't clean
The door couldve been fixed and one of the bulbs in the apartment wasnt working

Swimming pool and spa. We’ve been here many times and this time it is really clean.
Washing machine and dryer is very handy too.
No air con in the room. Air con is only in living room.
I wish they put us in room with pool view but we were put in room on the other side
