Rooms were lovely, overlooking a lake. Restaurant staff and food was outstanding. Management could not have been more helpful/friendly if they tried. Really enjoyed, and will definitely stay there again.

The only complaint, if I can find one, is that the hot water took a little bit to come through.

Manager unaware there was no hairdryer in bathroom but we were provided with one on request. 5th bed not made up although we had booked for 5 adults. We were given sheets on request and made bed up ourselves. Air conditioner heating inadequate for size of rooms as it was very cold. Printed screed said electric blankets but none provided but we did have extra blankets for each bed.

Very comfortable room with good space. Parking space lights! Pleasant outook from window.

Fixtures & fittings are 1970s and a bit tired. No electric blankets in room 22.

Room, Spacious, noisy obviously near the pool, which there were loads of very happy children enjoying it.

extremely disappointed in the food. Motel knew they had 30 odd people booked for dinner that night and one single waitress working was run off her feet. my fiancé was served with an out of date bottle of cider. “scotch fillet” was about as thin as a piece of paper and “medium rare” was cooked until grey and dry. his vegetables were raw and crunchy. my Mediterranean chicken was dry as a chip it was absolutely disgusting. we were so disappointed in our food and service that night. unfortunately we will not be returning. hopefully they hire more floor staff especially when they know they have a very busy night ahead of them.

Didn't know where the power points were near the bed. My husband couldn't use his CPAP machine for 2 nights.

Fantastic location, huge rooms, very clean and comfortable.

Although the rooms were a little dated, the cleanliness, lovely outlook and exceptional helpfulness of the staff made up for this. Recommend.

It was on the highway, but properly is set back from road.
