We booked the room with disability access. It was very roomy. The staff member was very helpful, checking that the room met our needs. The bed was comfortable.

The location is a bit noisy, which we knew on booking. Many of Stawell's motels are on the highway and trucks run all night. Our room was probably better than most, as it was in the corner.

The location is close to everything but being on the highway means truck noise. Large rooms good beds. All the facilities you expect. Good parking and easy to get in and out. Plenty of chairs, USB charging outlets .

I was in unit 4, the truck noise at night is VERY loud. They supply free ear plugs , it's that bad. I have stayed here at least 3 times over the last 6 years, this place has gone down hill since the last visit. As soon as I walked in I could tell someone had been smoking in the room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. This place used to have great showers, unfortunately they have changed the shower heads with noisy small things that are crap. They still have Foxtel but no Sky Racing anymore, this was one of the best things about the place. Shower base was dirty and overall cleaning has gone downhill. One night someone took my parking space and I had to park next door.

The reception was so nice, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean.
