The room was clean, hot water and clean towels. The staff were very nice and the very hospitable people. We had also a great evening outside with the fire they made for the chestnuts and the hot red wine

There was a problem with the room temperature, since it was only adjustable by the receptionist and the room was small, we went out of oxygen during the night. We could barely breathe and honestly it could be way more difficult for the kids or the older people. The worst part of this property was the kitchen. The food was not fresh, we had to pay a lot of money for the lunch and we couldn’t finish one plate. It was our biggest delusion for this property. We had to pay even for the water, in a property placed on top of the mountain. They really need to do something about the food. People cannot go there, and remain deluded by the kitchen.

Rooms were clean, exactly as in the photos. Considering that the hotel uses central heating, they are pretty warm. They are well-equipped with all the needed facilities. Indoor Swimming pool- Very cozy and clean. We arrived there by 9pm and swimming pool was supposed to close at 10pm, but they let us stay more. Amazing food- We stayed there for lunch as well. Breakfast was really good- It comes as a boufet: Typical english breakfast, pancakes, milk, coffee Exceptional peisage and fantastic nature- The green area in front of the hotel is the perfect solution for a chilling weekend for kids and adults as well. Placed in the most beatiful area of Razem, the hotel is located close to the forest. You have also several tours reccomandations how to reach most of the attractions close to Razem, through hiking or biking (the hotel does provide bycicles itself). We chose to stay outside drinking some wine, after the hotel lights were off, since there was a nice fire outside. We were freezing but the vibe was amazing. Worth mentioning: We were the last ones consuming the breakfast and most of the food we wanted was gone, but they offered to prepare anything in real time for all of us. We had a very delicious breakfast :)

The staff members were generally kind and friendly. Especially one of the guys went above and beyond by providing some pills for myself. We really enjoyed the place and will definitely come back!

The water of the swimming pool could have been warmer, but that is a matter of preference I think.

It's clean and quiet. It's also quite high up in the mountains and therefore - cooler.

When travelling with a woman one has to be aware of the local specifics. Not that anything is imposed on you but some things might look strange like all men leaving the pool when your wife/girlfriend shows up. Now, when I think about it, it's actually cool to have the whole pool for yourselves, so - there is an easy way to have it :-)))
