The room in the hotel, for deluxe it missed a lot. No chairs in the room. Mattress was very comfortable, but the duvet was for a double bed on a single bed. Very uncomfortable. No coffee or tea making facilities.

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The outdoor pool was quite nice. Breakfast was good, but overpriced for Portuguese standards, but there’s no option other than driving into town.

The safe in the room and the bathroom fan weren’t working; we mentioned this, but nothing was done about it. The hotel was clean, but there was a perfumed antiseptic smell that pervaded - possibly because of indoor pool? The restaurant was closed, so we had to find our way into town for a meal just after arriving.

The staff went out of their way to help in every way always going the extra mile for special requests. Always warm and friendly. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. Great indoor and outdoor pools. It is located away from the centre of Obidos which is great as it gets pretty hectic at this time of the year. It is in a quieter and more secluded setting.

Being on the top floor and not having a lift was unpleasant when you have bags and mobility issues (not mentioned to staff). Not much as to fault at this hotel.
