Food(Breakfast & Dinner) and service was great. In-dinning menu may have been better with more choices/varieties.

Parking was constricted and should not be chargeable (could be conditioned for longer stay v/s short ones) for staying guests.

Comfortable bed, nice view (although it would be great to understand that the lower levels only see leaves and no view...), great breakfast

The meal for dinner was delicious but the tastes were overdone. What I'm trying to explain is that some of the meal needs to be a bit more natural - for example the potatoes were roasted and then tossed in some intense sauce instead of just being roasted. So the potatoes were compelling with the excellent meat that also had a special sauce... and the salad also had an interesting but intense sauce and so all the components of the meal were competing for attention rather then it being a balanced meal. The chair at the desk was 'sat through' and the interior generally is getting a bit dated, although most very nicely maintained.

great location, excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. The pool and other amenities were also very good. I also liked the walk-in wardrobe.

The hotel was well located for both work and social purposes. The various rooms we occupied were great, particular with an upgrade on one evening. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly throughout our five night stay .

Not much

Good Vibe. Clean. We were given connected adjoining rooms exactly as we'd hopefully requested in our booking - thank you! My wife and daughter liked the Hotel more than I did.

Our daughter's room was fine but our aircon wasn't working, so it was quite hot when we arrived. An uncomfortable hour or two later it hadn't improved so I called for service. They responded quickly and got it working, but it still didn't cope very well at all for the rest of our stay. A bedside light globe was also out when we arrived: this was fixed quite promptly when I reported it. Both rooms were in darkness when we entered and we had to feel around for the light switches... Both rooms were 'City Side' and had no view, and the windows let in very little natural light (We'd expected we'd at least be able to see something of the city). Accordingly I won't book this room type again. Finding the Minibar on but completely empty is something I have never experienced before in 5-star - very disappointing!! Lastly, calls to Concierge went unanswered or else rang for a long time, and despite 10-15 minutes notice we had to wait outside for another 5 minutes or more for our vehicle to be brought up from Valet.

Par contre nous avons été en peu dérangés les nuits car il y avait des travaux juste à côté de notre chambre !
