Great central location, room is spacious with comfortable beds, overall nice and professional staff

Maintenance/house keeping was a bit sloppy one day with some tissues left on the floor and not all towels refreshed, took a while for our luggage to arrive in our room so we had to call the front desk to inquire. We are thinking hotel is short staffed? Breakfast room was a bit cramped

The customer service was outstanding at this property. The staff obviously love what they do and who they work for. Amazing

Very clean room, great location and friendly efficient staff

Location and facilities in general.

No enough charging points for devices. Power points hard to get to for older folk. Lobby bar’s hours minimal, though room service was a good alternative.

Location is excellent; Staff and service are outstanding; We had some minor issues with the room, but they were promptly addressed and the staff did their best to make up for any inconvenience. Highly impressed ☺️

There were some maintenance issues with the room which required attention. It’s a large property which needs a sharper focus on maintenance.

Amazing location, with leafy outlook onto historic cathedral in chic district, reminiscent of Paris. Great service, breakfast, exquisitely comfy beds.

With 2 adult kids with me, a bigger room would be a bonus.

Room had the most amazing view.

Booked in Sunday evening and was told dinner was available in the restaurant. However I since discovered the restaurant is closed Sunday nights. Poor advice.

Firstly Bed, second location and lastly easy arrival point for drop off and pick ups.

The room stank of dirty hair on arrival. Two of the pillows had clearly not been cleaned. I had just driven 10 hours from Sydney. When I informed desk as I went out next morning, on return the pillowcases were changed, but not pillows! Roller blind broke, couldn’t be rolled up, and was not fixed during clean so I had no view, which I’d paid for. Remained broken during my stay. Towels not replaced. Mini bar not restocked. I was in Melbourne for funeral and had no energy to keep complaining. This was appalling maintenance of the room and not befitting the rates charged. What has happened to this hotel?

From the welcome at the front door, to the service at the counter thru the plush carpeted hallways into a clean comfortable room - The Westin was a fantastic place to stay.

The staff were exceptional from the time we got out of the car.
