The shuttle service was great for skiing and going out in the evenings. It was less than 5 minutes driving to the base. Staff were friendly.
Rooms were very basic, just for sleeping.

I had so much fun here! Loved the staff, good breakfast,big comfy bed, transfers in the morning and the evening, good atmosphere, I got so many friends and played crud for the first time! If I'll come back to Niseko this is the place.
In the bathroom was usually really cold

The staff were very helpful and flexible picking us up when we got stuck in town. the common area with the bar and pool table was a great area place to meet the other guests and we got to board with a lot of them
everything was great, was an issue walking home at night sometimes as it was really icy conditions

The location is very good, 20 min walk to hirafu; 5 min walk to Lawsons. There is also a shuttle at 8/8:30 to get fresh tracks. The staff is very friendly too and got to meet some really nice people! The rooms/bathroom as very clean as well.

We stayed on the Snowgum side. Hosts are very friendly and breakfast is excellent. location was great to be a bit away from the crowded resort area but still close enough to everything. Common areas a roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again as a solo or as a group.

In addition to being one of the best hostels/hotels we have ever stayed in, Sue made this experience a dream. Breakfast was hot and plentiful every day and was exactly what we needed ahead of a day of skiing. When we missed the breakfast window, she even went out of her way to make us fresh eggs. The lift to the train station at 5am on our departing day was an added bonus. Thank you!

Snowgum Lodge was a basic but well set up Ski Lodge with great kitchen facilities. Access to the Recreational Facilities at the Ramat Lodge was a bonus.
Breakfast (included) was awesome and times were flexible.
Staff went above and beyond I broke my ankle on the first night. They provided extra transportation and ferried us around and nothing seemed too much to ask.

Amazing friendly staff. Flexible with stay… Hot cooked breakfast and shuttle service to town. Room to store all your snowboard gear. Really great vibe and atmosphere here.
A bit far from restaurants but they will drive you there upon request.

The location is a little bit outside the center but with the shuttle bus in the morning, just before dinner and in late evening it's very comfortable. The rooms are huge. Breakfast is just ok.
The bar was still closed due to covid.

Close to the ski resort. The sweetest, friendliest hosts ever! Tasty, filling breakfast. Super comfortable beds, and hot showers with fantastic water pressure. Will be staying here again!

The room was really clean and spacious. There’s a sofa for sitting area, extra futon if you need one but I think it’s unnecessary because the room have two wide beds. Very friendly staff and comfortable place to stay especially during cold winter.

It was my first time staying at a lodge and Trish, Alan and the rest of the staff at the lodge tried their best to make me feel at home and less awkward.
They provided shuttle to the mountains and pickup/drop off to the nearest station.
The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but we are free to use the kitchen.
I stayed at a mixed gender 4 room bunk bed. Despite that never once did I feel uncomfortable or worry about my safety.
I had an amazing time there and made new friends. One of them even joined me exploring another cities.
The lodge is slightly far from the main town. Its about 15mins walk to the centre.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Provided rides to and from town. Felt at home immediately.
