Everything I have to say from this appartment fall on the positive side: Courtesy: From the booking to the check-in, Andre the owner took very close attention to our satisfaction as guests. He contacted us prior to our arrival to confirm our needs and made sure we were lodged in a quiet and peaceful room. He sent us the location and waited for us at the entrance at our arrival to welcome us. The host also took time to make a tour of the room to explain the functioning of every appliance and key settings. Equipment: The studio we rented were perfectly furnished, with all the little things someone would wish to find when travelling away from home: matches, oven mitts, dishwashing soap, hand towel, plates, cups, cutlery and cooking pots. Andre even gracefully included a 5 gallons bottle purified water in the room package. Many higher budget hotel suites we stayed in before don't offer those. I have to say the building looks very old but running water, climatization, electricity and Wi-Fi worked perfectly well at the time we stayed. Location: The apartment complex has the advantage to be located between 2 important streets. The main entrance is on the autoroute were you can find shops and pharmacy. The other side is on Camino de la playa at exactly 2 minutes walk to the wonderful beach Juan Dolio. Honesty: The suite we were given was exactly as shown in the pictures displayed on the website we used to make the reservation. It was a very good experience and are sure we will definitely stay here again anytime we are back in Juan Dolio!

I liked everything about this place close to the beach and your in peace

Everything was wonderful

No water was available... they had attempted to fix rhe problem but could not... i spent 15 days there and was never offered different apartment or refund. In the house next door there was a brawl which ended up in a knife fight.

At a distance of 30 m. there was a small bar with a large loudspeaker that played music all day until 2 in the morning and at ALL VOLUME, so it was difficult to listen to the TV at home or to rest a little in the afternoon or sleep at night. We complained about this but it didn't help. All this for a month's stay and thank goodness that we spent many hours outside. Some kitchen tools were missing and fires or hoven itself was encrusted with old grease, as were the (old) pots and pans. Wifi was often missing The boiler had a problem that several times they could not solve so we had cold showers. The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable
