Mosquitoes and you can't flush down toilet paper

Love the location. So close to everything you need. The staff were very friendly and daily cleaning was great.

Pictures weren’t as advertised but that was a booking.com problem, not the villa. Be VERY careful when booking so you don’t get a surprise. There were a lot of mosquitos and as the living areas were outside, it made it a hassle if we wanted to enjoy time together outside of our rooms at night. One of the bedrooms doors didn’t close properly so it let bugs in at night and the bed didn’t have a bug net

The location is good

1. The air conditioning innone if the room broke so my kids could not sleep. 2. In the morning, we was inform thst we could get a late check out until 12:30 (we not even ask for it). But at 11:00 the staff wants to clean all the room while my kids are out shopping!!!!!!!! 3. The villa is dusty, the sofa is not comfy to seat since it has been old and soggy

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the gorgeous villa located just steps away from the ocean. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views and top-notch amenities. The villa itself is incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, with high-end furnishings and plenty of natural light. The bedrooms are all well-appointed and comfortable, each with its own private bathroom and stunning views. The outdoor space is simply amazing, with a large patio area perfect for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking sunsets. The private pool was a definite highlight for me, and I loved spending lazy afternoons lounging on the comfortable poolside furniture. Perhaps the best thing about this villa, though, is its proximity to the ocean. It's just a short walk to the beach, where you can soak up the sun or take a dip in the crystal-clear waters. The villa even comes with its own beach chairs and umbrellas, which was a thoughtful touch. All in all, I can't recommend this villa highly enough. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled beach vacation, it's the perfect place to relax and recharge. I'll definitely be back!

Perfect accommodation in the heart of Oberoi/Seminyak in distance walking to a lot of wonderful high quality stores, restaurants and beach clubs. Staff was incredibly friendly and the host was superb. Totally recommend it

no service. cant call it bad service as there really was none. AC was not working. no milk. tea and coffee without milk??. only 2 attached bathrooms in a villa of 4 rooms. no information regarding this was specified. the reception doesnt open till 8.30 in the morning. if u want tea or coffee with milk or anything else, tough luck. there was little or no waterflow in the shower. no soap, handwash etc. in the bathrooms. etc. etc.

Excellent location near shops and restaurants. Convenience store right in front and ATM just a block down.

Needs more maintenance on the small bedroom's bathroom. A small fan to circulate the air in the living / dining ares will be good.

apart from the location , nothing about the property was nice

the host claims to have monitored cleaning the house but clearly didnt manage doing a good job.. there were spider webs and dust in all rooms above the bed. the linens were stained , bath towels were stained and honestly that was a put off. we made sure we were out all day so didnt really have to spend too much time in the villa.. which is sad cause whenever before this we've come to bali we stayed in the most beautiful villas and got out in the night only.. the ONLY thing good about this place was its location. its an open space with trees around, due to which the host wanted us to be ok with rats and lizards. I definitely wouldn't recommend this house to anyone.

Location was perfect which was our primary reason for booking (5 minute walk to Seminyak Square). Both managers were really helpful, accommodating and incredibly friendly. Great value for money for a group of travelers. Very spacious.

It was difficult to find as there was not great signposts in the area - they do advise to phone when you are nearby. Some of the sheets (particularly on the couch) had some old stains on them.

Management did not clean the place nicely. toilet was smelly, bedsheet was smelly, shower towel look old & dirty, water was smelly too, aircon was not cold.. and I saw rat running out from kitchen 😹

It is an isolated and quiet villa. It was very clean, nice beds, good and safe location close to shops and cafees. Very spacious, we were in villa 4 there were four bedrooms with double beds and two showers, there even was a little yoga/workout place. Kitchen and living room is outside under a roof. Three minutes to the beach ( turn left and then left at KuDeTa).

There is no reception so it is a little difficult to communicate with the people if you have questions, there where no hand soap or shampo at first but this came when we asked for it. Some of the wooden boards around the pool need replacement (some where broken and there were nails sticking up so we had to watch were we were going).

The location is great and good host... value for money. Will recommend for families to stay at the place. Good restaurants in walking distance too.

I stayed at Villa no.3, the bathtub on the 2nd floor was a bit dirty like it has not been cleaned regularly. So, overall expectation is a bit different compared to what been displayed in the pictures
