Location ok.
Free breakfast was advertised and highlighted in the info received with key collection but the was totally misleading. Breakfast was meant to. Be available between 7:00am and 9:30 am. The sign pointing to the breakfast room pointed to doors that were closed.
There were no staff on the property after 5:30 pm and before 8:00 am.
Tap washers need replacing. The cold tap in the shower must have been turned off by someone with a very strong grip. I could feel some of the springs in the mattress.
It appears that the facility is struggling to recover after difficult trading during the covid period.
The on site restaurant is closed understandably but the information regarding dining options in the area did not specify locations..
Used linen from previous days was stored in a very full trolley out doors. Rather unusual.
The fluorescent lights above the desk were not working.

The room was clean and the shower pressure was good
We booked a room with 2 single beds and had to share a Queen bed. There was no staff on site to contact even though the times on the door said the office closes at 6pm and we arrived at 5.30pm. So we could ask for a room change. The mattress was too soft and the aircon was noisy

Stayed in family room. Shower had no cold water so all had to use the 1 bathroom.

It was great to go to our room and the air-conditioning was already on. And room was presented beautifully.
Unable to get hold of reception to pay. Not a fan of leaving credit card details in a box that could easily be broken into.

air conditioners are terrible!!! Hot day and the AC didn’t cope at all. if it is hot, give this a miss.

Room was dirty. The aircon was covered in dust. Bobby pins left on the floor. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet. Just a top sheet laying over the mattress that wouldn’t stay in place.

Only good thing was the location of the hotel!
We were given a room with mould in the bathroom around the window (As the exhaust fan didn’t work) when we told staff the next morning, they couldn’t care less.
No exchange of room was offered even know we were staying for 3 night.

Great location, with clean rooms. The free wifi ran smoothly and was a reasonable speed.
The wall rattler made a bit of noise (as they do) but once you got used to that, it helped put you to sleep and drown out the noises outside. Overall I have always enjoyed staying here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It is an older motel and is in need of some refreshing but we had a pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable bed and enjoyed our breakfast. The staff recommendation for dinner was great too.

Large comfortable room and bed. Easy to use product dispensers instead of having to fiddle with wrapping and little bottles. Nice big towels.
