Tesis Kokkari restauranlar kısmına hemen binadan çıkıp merdivenlerden indiğiniz an yürüme mesafesinde. Sahipleri çok cana yakın ve samimiler. Oda eski bir oda ama temizliği gayet iyiydi. Çarşaflar bembeyazdı.

Giriş kattaki oda manzarasız ve biraz rutubetli gibiydi ancak kapıyı açtığınızda önü açık olduğu için hemen havalanıyordu. Eşyalar çok eskiydi, banyoda duş perdesi yoktu duş sonrası tüm yerler ıslanıyordu. Kapılar lavabolar mutfak eski malzemelerdendi.

The place of the property was amazing. Also, the room had a spectacular view. It has a small kitchen.

The only problem might be that you cannot go to the hotel with a car. You should park somewhere and walk and climb stairs.

The seaviews from the balcony was phenomenal!

Clean rooms, very kind owners and staff. 10 minutes by walking to the Kokkari beach and reastaurants.

The host

Very friendly owners, although not English-speaking. However, there was a possibility to contact via messengers with their English-speaking son, but we didn't have a lot to discuss with him. :) According to us, the location is great, far enough from the crowds, but closer to the smaller Kokkari beach with less waves. We stayed in a studio on the ground floor, it was big enough for us and because of the continuous wind and shady area we didn't use the A/C at all. The beds were the most comfortable than in all three places we stayed in Samos. Great qualiity/price ratio.

The bathroom doesn't have ventilation at all and we had to keep the doors open all the times. Please, do smth. with it. The outside space is shared with the other studio, but we saw our neighbour only once. :)

Family owned studio apartment with an amazing location. Village view from terrace and 2 min walking to a very nice and not crowded beach. Hospitable hosts, very clean apartment.

Location and view were perfect. Easy access to Restaurants, Bars, Super Markets and of course, the beach. Large balcony and superb beds.

Kitchenet was very small. Water pressure in the shower a bit too low.
