Un paesino che potrebbe essere una perla con troppa immondizia e non curanza delle strutture interne.

Location is very close to the beach and close to a small square where you can play a chess or dance during the weekend. Federica very helpfull with all requests.

The location was perfect. A very short walk, perhaps 50 meters from the private and public parts of the beach.
We were also near lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. There were also handy outside showers at the residence to remove sand before you enter the apartment.

Location towards the beach(5min) and the restaurants. Apartment fully equipped and the staff was very friendly. The apartment has also air conditioning.
It would be great if during the stay an additional clean set of towels and bedding could be provided included in the price. Also a bottle of water would be nice.

Everything was really nice and great, very close to the beach and center of San Vito. The apartment is clean, very nice, with everything one needs. Staff is very firendly.
Wi Fi was not working in the room, only on balcony. The staff mentioned it will be availble only in the courtyard, while booking not mentioning about this.

The apartment was spacious enough and had everything we needed. The lady who checked us in was very polite and friendly.

Big apartments, terase, you feel like home. At the reception stays the owner, so she really cares about everything.

loved the location! we were on bottom floor in a room for those with disabilities. Easy access to beach and we’re given free Lito pass. My family of 5 fit comfortably.
Mosquitoes were terrible and kept getting in somewhere. No microwave.

It is very nice place close by beach. Apartment was clean. Girl in a reception is very kind and she can help with everything (tranfer from airport, manage some trips, recommend a good restaurants)
The city and beach was crowded in September. And also the first day there was no power, no water in our apartment. It was not good to not take a shower after our arrival and not use air conditioning during the evening and night ( there was over 40C during the day). But it was not apartment ´s fault. Also the apartment smells like sewage. But I hope it was because power problem.

Reception staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was sparkling clean and very modern. Also the location is superb, in the center of San Vito Lo Capo and in walking distance to the beautiful beach of San Vito.
