Breakfast was superb. The lady that took care of breakfast was so kind,and empathic. First class service. Location was very good.

1 room was facing the main road. Very noisy. It was impossible to sleep. We asked to change the room but the antipathic manager asked for extra money. 80€ more.eventhough there was vacancy. This kind of attitude is totaly unexeptable.

Location and the view were excellent and the staff very helpful.

We had very special room, the sea was directly under the terasse. It was amazing :-) So close to sea all the time and private terase with direct entrance to the sea.

We liked the location the most. Out of town, next to the seaside and the beach, with balcony overlooking the sea. Lovely! Breakfast was also really nice.

amazimg location and view (for room 3, view on the sea). very quiet and comfortable. access to the sea is easy.

Cozy, best dog-friendly boutique hotel in the whole Lungomare with a modern fresh and young twist. You literally have your lunch/dinner/wine hanging over the beach as they have a glass cube restaurant above the shore. :) From our balcony we might have almost touched the sea! :) It is right in the middle of Lungomare, so 5 km walk in both directions. Dog beach is 300 m. The cozy small public beach is so lovely with clean water - you may just walk down in your swimsuit and towel right from your room to have a jump/tan. :) The fresh fish meal is excellent as well as the local Malvazia wine. :)

Coffee might be better with the breakfast, but it is truly the best small beach hotel choice in Istria/Lungomare when arriving with your dogs and/or your love. :)

Great location directly on Adriatic Sea and boardwalk. Plentiful breakfast. Friendly staff.

Nicely located, with small beach, could watch the sunrise and the sea from our bed. Very clean, nice bathroom.

We booked a family room but were given 2 double rooms. However, our visit was extremely offseason, with very few guests in the hotel.

Proximity to the sea, comfortable and clean rooms. Amazing sea view. Breakfast was tasty and various despite there were only a few guests during Christmas period.

Sauna would be nice to have) P.S. My wife forgot some papers in the room, She called the hotel and the receptionist assured that the papers are on the Reception. Please keep them, we will be back in April!
