Rooms were comfortable and clean when we arrived. The terrace is lovely and the view from it really wonderful. The fig trees on the grounds are a real treat.

Neither the rooms nor the bathrooms were cleaned at all during our 7day stay. We had to ask for more toilet paper and for the bathroom floors to be cleaned, once. Dirty towels which we left on the floor of the hallway outside our rooms were not picked up for two days. The umbrellas on the roof terrace were not suited to the gentle winds that seem usual for the area and fell over several times. Breakfast was available, but only with a day’s notice, and it wasn’t possible to order a coffee or a tea spontaneously. On certain days the kitchen was too small to accommodate all the guests who wanted to prepare their meals.

The host was very welcoming and had a positive energy. I booked a room with a balcony view towards the fields and the Sea in the background, and it did not disappoint. It was worth it for me seeing it during sunset and then waking up early morning and enjoying the view. The room was quite simple, had the basic things it needed with its own shower and toilet, everything was very clean. And a free parking is available with the property, that was convenient.

I was there for one night only, and I did not have breakfast there either. Therefore, I cannot elaborate much on how it is for a longer stay, I was not there long enough to comment on any inconvenience if there is. I would stay there again.

The house has a beautiful location within vineyards with an exceptional view from the balcony to the sea and the bay of piran. I was able to get a bottle of really nice refosk at the counter. The staff was super friendly and helped a lot. Also there is an option to park the car directly in front of the house

Very warm staff. Nice room you can relax no TV, excellent condition for resting and sleeping.

I loved this place! The room was really nice with an extrodinary view from the balcony. Breakfast was special and great. The countryside is really green and the staff was great!

Amazing view from our room balcony and from the ghest house terrasse !!!! The room was beautiful and comfy and the common kitchen was clean and homy. There is just the countryside around so it's calm and peaceful. Close to the coast. Also, we really appreciated the Istrian breakfast with local products.

The apartma with a balcony in a first floor has really an exceptional view! A spacious balcony with a kitchenette is very nice. Comfortable bed and satisfying bathroom. The reception with a terace offer low price drinks.

You can hear neighbours very clearly and you need to share a part of the balcony with them. A bit of the lack of privacy.

We absolutely loved the stay in Green House Istria! The staff was really friendly and the room with the balcony is spacious and comfy. There was house wine we could enjoy at the balcony or in the garden while watching the sunset over the sea. What a dream! We paid for the Istrian breakfast – it is totally worth it as it's really big and tasty, you get the authentic experience and also, some vouchers for nearby sights / tours / workshops / tastings come with it. :)) We recommend this property to everyone, especially if you can't decide whether to stay by the seaside or in the middle of the vineyards! <3

We had a really nice room with the amazing sea view from terrace with outdoor kitchen! Very clean room! You must try a Istrian breakfast (extra cost) with all homemade ingredients.

The water pressure in the shower cabin was really bad, or pipe was broken.

The place is obviously situated in a nicely natural environment with amazing view from the terraces(if they give you an apartment with terrace, apparently we didn,t get one)

There is no infrastructure, the only road going there is without lights, the room windows are not protected against mosquitos- we had mosquito bites every single night, as well as there are no air condition or fan in the room. There is no night safety either, the main door to corridor hallway was open all night, so anyone could walk in from the outside, therefore if you have a room without toilet, you have to go out to the corridor.
