Awful experience
Nightmare booking. This apartment is NOT on where booking.com advertises. The location and confirmation says Via Principe Amadeo 20 which is in the historic centre and there is a sign outside for Residenze Torinesi.
Someone sent whats app messages and did NOT use the booking.com safe ans secure messaging system to ask for copies of our passports to be what's apped to them ( against EU law! should not be happening over what's app )
After wgats apping or passports and also email address they hen what's apped a totally different address and told us to meet them there.
The other address was 1.2km walk away and not anywhere near the historic centre wherewe had reserved on booking.com
We did not feel safe and my 65 year old partner needed to stay close to everything on Via Principe Amadeo 20 as advertised and confirmed as booked on booking.com
Booking.com should not allow bookings advertised as one address to actually be somewhere totally different from advertised.
We continue the fight to be not charged for this very misleading and unsafe booking.
If booking this apartment it is NOT on Principe Amadeo 20!!!

Excellent location. Bed quite firm, room spacious, nice small balcony with chairs and table.
There were building works going in the courtyard from 7.30 every morning except Sunday.
The building works were very noisy which meant we couldn't use the nice balcony.
Apart from the metal balcony chairs there was nowhere to sit other than the bed.

The hotel is in flat, there is an elevator in the building, located in a good place in city center. It has really nice furniture (in all details, they even have glasses for vine in the room). The host lady was really nice to us.
It is not a minus to a hotel but keep in mind that there is no free parking spot near by. But you can find underground parking in two blocks (GTT parking Valdo Fusi - Torino)

The apartment is in a very good location and in a nice apartment building. There are many good restaurants and cafes nearby. Giuilia was very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had issues with the WiFi in the apartment.
