Did not have breakfast

Everything was as expected and top notch.

Room was clean

good bathroom, nice thick towels.

Receptionist/manager was straight out of the Bazil Fawlty’s training school. She was incredibly rude. Greeted us by tell us we were paying more than the rest of our friends because we booked through booking.com and they called direct. No toaster, got a lecture about it as it sets off the fire alarm. Asked her if she wanted the door closed as leaving and her response was ‘well yes of course!’ When asked about the Wi-Fi password was told to look in the book in the room with detailed condescending hand signals. She was so bad I left laughing, thought I was at Fawtly Towers. Bed spread and blankets smelt bad-needed a wash. nasty scratched plastic plates. Over priced!

very friendly welcome, clean room - great to have hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom- so few motels have these

I would have liked the opportunity to have breakfast in the motel, but sadly, it was not an option.

The attitude of the Owner or Reception. This person needs to learn Public Relation skills.
