Bedding was clean and towel.
I stayed on the 19th Nov 2022 in room 9. The room had a strong smell of damp, a fridge that was dirty and a microwave with rust and a handle that was loose. The shower plug had an awful smell coming from it. Someone had kindly left dog poo on the window which was still there when we left. Will not be staying again.

The girl next door was loud all night apart from when they went out but from 3 in the morning allsorts of people were coming back and forward so paid for anight sleep we didn't have

Spacious room with a good location for us with Indian restaurant next door. Good parking. Fridge. Cheap.
The double bed had collapsed one side which made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep, it was late when we turned in so nothing could really be done about it that night. It was replaced the next day but the text conversation made me believe it was already known about. also another comment says there was a double bed broken on one side. At a glance everything looked reasonably clean however there was no bath mat for bathroom floor and when getting dried after a shower my feet were absolutely filthy. I wasn't expecting the Ritz for the price but I would have liked it to be reasonably clean and a bed I could sleep on.

The location was close to the wedding venue. Parking was free
The property was unmanned. No mattress protector. Cobwebs and dust in abundance. TV reception terrible. remote control didn’t work. Lot of noise coming through wafer thin walls.

We were contacted in the morning to confirm the booking.
The room was dirty, bedding had stains on the cover, television was not attached to the wall but on the dressing table in front of the mirror (no other mirror in the room to use), kettle could only be used on the floor, bathroom skirting was broken, towels were stained and very rough, grouting on bathroom floor was dirty.
