The location of the hotel is perfect. You can easily take the lifts to do hikes and walk in the city center. We really enjoyed the Spa, the view and the food! Everything was amazing. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home.

Location, atmosphere design

During my stay at the hotel, I found it to be decent overall. One positive aspect was its convenient location, which made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. However, while the food was satisfactory, it didn't particularly stand out, and the staff, though some were nice, didn't leave a lasting impression in terms of service. All in all, it was an okay experience, but nothing particularly outstanding or remarkable.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of my experience at the hotel that left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we didn't feel welcomed, especially with a young child in tow. Despite requesting a baby crib, it wasn't provided in the room, causing discomfort and inconvenience. During our stay at the hotel, we were taken aback by an unpleasant surprise upon entering our room. Instead of a welcoming sight, we found an old, partially eaten cake along with some cards left behind from the previous guests. This discovery left us feeling uncertain about the cleanliness and organization of the room, and it certainly wasn't the first impression we were hoping for. The room itself was a letdown. The lighting was inadequate, swinging between too dim and too bright, making it challenging to find a comfortable ambiance. The excessive decorations and numerous small products for sale cluttering the shelves felt inconvenient and unnecessary, almost resembling a mini kiosk rather than a well-organized hotel room. Additionally, the room's temperature was uncomfortably warm, and the lack of functioning air conditioning only added to the discomfort. Furthermore, encountering a leaking faucet in the bathroom was disappointing. One of the most significant disappointments occurred on a Friday night when the hotel hosted a loud techno party until 2 am. There was no prior warning or explanation of the event, and it made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep with the noise echoing through the hallways and streets. The restaurant experience was equally underwhelming. The service was slow, and the timing of the food courses and drinks was off, leading to a somewhat disjointed dining experience. All in all, my stay at the hotel was marked by various inconveniences and disappointments, making it far from the enjoyable and relaxing experience I had hoped for.

W Verbier hotel is really a gem of a place. Warmest authentic hospitality , excellent service, very attentive, professional and kind people who work there. Can’t tell how I appreciated it.. My “Wow” room on the 6th floor is just something out of reality) style , design, comfort, space … view! Thank you so so much for this amazing experience. ( breakfast - excellent!)

Everything is fantastic

the property is nice but they have double charged me. they took the booking.com and the. have charged my credit card again. and I am finding it difficult to get them to refund me the double charge .

Little bit to bright colors in the bedroom.

Everything, breakfast was brilliant. We didn’t use the hotel for dinner, preferring to eat out. But everything at the W was faultless and exceeded our expectations. The staff were all particularly good.

The milk in the room - it was small sachets of cream. We are English and like our tea. Minor detail etc

Location amazing near Gondola and shops, indoor outdoor pool, ski concierge very helpful. Rooms lovely views.

The spa was fantastic and the food at all restaurants is superb.

The bathroom in the rooms is very nice but completely impractical. It's all one big room which means that if someone wakes up during the night it will likely wake up any companion unless no usage of wash basin.

I paid more then I had to… I did the booking on Booking but the hotel claimed 200 euro more… didn t like that… it’s not about the money… I paid 18.000 euro , it’s about the princip

Good location, timing, tasty cuisine.

We've booked two rooms and in one of them conditioning system was broken. it was too hot in the room without the possibility to fix that. Only on the last day of our stay the technical problem has been fixed.

the location is amazing and the ski room is so perfect and well organised and the staff is adorable
