Hotel modern and bright. Very large comfortable bed. Good restaurant

no tea/coffee making facilities in the room so if you don’t book breakfast cannot have a drink before leaving early

Awful decor in rooms, awful view of cemetery from rooms. Bathroom was old. Price was high.

Check in was very easy, staff were friendly , the room was very clean and the shower was good

Food in the hotelrestaurant was not good for that price. Had some cold hamburgers with a poor overdue salad and bad sauce. Saw the same problem on the other tables.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and tidy. A good location with parking and the tram stop for the city centre was just across the road.

There was not a great deal of choice for breakfast and think it over priced for what was on offer.

The room and property overall was very clean and refreshed!

The room has a few design issues: first of all the bunk bed design is such that it is too easy to hit your head on the bunk when getting into the lower bed. The bunk should be taller. The shower door leaked like crazy due to the big hole in the door where a handle should be and it just didn’t close properly. There was this repeated loud buzzing sound coming from the AC so we simply turned it off at night to get to sleep.

What I like about Ibis is that everything is super clean, super new, and you know exactly what you are going to get.

What I hate about Ibis are those old soap holders, because the plastic cap always falls off. I see you are transitioning to new black pump soap holders - good job. They seem to me to be more hygienic since you don’t have to squeeze the whole bottle with your hand.
