clean place and very good staff

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in Mexico City, in part, to practice my spanish, and two of the staff chatted with me in Spanish quite a bit. However there was no one on duty sometimes.

There was no staff for long periods. Once, I could not figure out how to unlock the front door to get out and shouted for help (found a door release button eventually). Room ran out of bottled water one day, no desk help.

Great apartment on the perfect location.

We had terrace room which was a lovely retreat from the rush of the City and friendly staff. Eduardo suggested restaurants etc. Also parking available.

Our room was not available on the first night although they found us another it was incredibly noisy. Staff all absent on second day so no cleaning available. Organisation was a bit lacking.. Very noisy street.

Great location, lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a short Uber from most attractions. Friendly staff and comfortable.

I think the property is a little expensive - the facilities were a bit basic and the apartment could have been cleaner for the price.

The hotel is located in a great spot between Roma Norte and Condesa. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and walkable to the Centro Histórico. The staff were super friendly and helpful which helped a lot.

The wi-fi didn’t work, the bedding was dirty on our first night and there’s no getting away from the loud road located close to the front of the property. The kitchenette is also very limited and doesn’t really allow you to cook at the property e.g. no stove just a microwave. These issues, alongside the relatively expensive price tag, meant this wasn’t good value for money.

Loved the upper suite with terrace. Kitchen amenities are perfect. The safe was very helpful and friendly and accommodating to my needs. Loved the closeness to Condessa and La Roma.

Very convenient location; super-friendly and helpful staff. They gave us complimentary extended checkout when they found out we were doing Ciclavia in the morning, so we could come back and shower before we departed. The bed in room #7 was very comfortable and the shower had incredible water pressure. Would definitely stay here again! Excellent value. Lovely staff and a clean, safe place to call home when in CDMX.

No breakfast but we hd our own kitchen

The location is the bes, walking distance from great restaurants, bars, boutiques and markets. Lots of nice places to go around and few minutes by taxi/uber to the main attractions.

The beds in the room are ok but the one situated one side of the bathroom has so little space that you can hit your knee/leg with the corner of the base each time. They should change it or place something like a corner protection.

Only property I stayed in during my Mexico trip that doesn’t have purified water jars available to guests (despite giving 2 small bottles at welcome). We woke up at 2am for jet lag and were advised to go buy water at the 7-11 close by…

the sheets were not so clean and shower took 5min to have hot water. could be a bit warmer with the lighting and decoration

Wonderful location, amazing large terrace, all very convenient. The bed comfortable and the water supply good.

Somewhat more thorough cleaning and better maintenance of the room fixtures (towel rack, showerhead, terrace door lock, etc.) could make this place amazing instead of just good

The location is very good, just between Condesa and Roma.

The design and the lightning of the room is terrible, can be loud from the road if you want to sleep with an open window, the shower head is really not fun....

The bed was comfortable. The location was great. The host was super responsive and helpful
