Room with nice view of the mountain and lake

you need to pay for the heating which can range from €10-€20. that’s the only place I have to pay for heating.

Absolutely stunning view, almost breathtaking. apartment was also nice, it had everything in it. we did not want to leave the balcony 😁

everything was great, I guess the only thing is that the beds in the second room are not comfortable at all. but it’s a minor thing.

We had a nice last minute break. The residence was very easy to find. Great facilities for children where they can play, swim, play ping pong 🏓 or use the play ground. We were able to check-in two hours before the actual check-in, bonus when you've three kids. The lady at the reception was very kind and nice to have a chat with. The rooms are very clean and the kitchen fully equipped in case you need to cook during the day. We are definitely adding this Residence to our favourite places to stay. ☆☆☆☆☆

The room was damp where the shower had been leaking the bedding felt damp the paint was flaking on the floor, the whole place needs an up date. We felt quit unconfutable within the apartment at all times. The pool area and the views from the pool were amazing.

The location, the pool and the view was outstanding. I think my breakfast on the balcony, had the best breakfast view I've ever had.

Apartment could do with modernisation and air conditioning would be a bonus. The bathroom door lock was temperamental and my wife was trapped for 10 mins whilst I fixed it. No drama and it actually made me and the kids laugh.

It was clean, also by being back from the lake up the hill you had a good view. compared to several other places it’s not too expensive - but you get what you pay for maybe ?

The room wasn’t exactly equipped as shown or stated, no toaster or capsule coffee machine as shown in pictures. The lady staff did provide us a kettle though on request. It’s also worth noting that parking is limited and a bit tight on access/exit - anything bigger than something like an Audi Q7 and you might not make it but I clearly can’t say for sure. Also note there is no A/C, and although our room was supposed to have private entrance, it did not - it had a shared outer door with the room next door so if they are noisy you hear everything. Also the bathroom and bedroom windows opened directly onto another shared entrance way, so when the windows are open(and they have to be open because there is no AC) and you are trying to sleep you hear everything outside. The washing machine and Tumble dryer mentioned on equipment list is also mis-leading, these are not in your apartment, instead it’s in an outer carpark/basement and the single item is shared between all other guests(and there are lots), you also either have to pay or use some sort of token. It just left us with a negative feeling that everything was being done on the ultra-cheap, even down to the kitchen cutlery and the terrible bed pillows.

Beautiful views over lake Como and very nice to have a pool for the children.

The pool was amazing! The view while in the pool was breathtaking! The room was very clean and spacious and had most things needed. Very quiet and relaxing place. There was a sufficient amount of parking spaces. Great value for the amount of space inside the apartment. Also, there is a ping pong table right behind reception. If you want a relaxing location with spectacular views, this is the place.

We weren't really told anything when we checked in. We did figure things out on our own though. We had no view from our room. I specifically asked in advance and was told we had a partial view. If you are staying here for the view, make sure to book one that specifically says it has a view. If we walked outside, we did have a partial view, but not from inside our apartment. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The trail to Domaso is close by but somewhat challenging on the return up. Also, be prepared to do dishes, take out trash and sweep before you leave. There is a sign in the room explaining these requirements.

The location was great.. the view was amazing.. the gardens were vry pretty.. the kids loved the infinity pool with the great view of Lake Como.

There were some cobwebs in the kitchen and there were a few big bugs inside .. 😳

The view from the balcony is the biggest advantage of this facility. It’s truly breathtaking, also it’s a good location to travel to other parts of the region. Without car though it would be quite difficult. Clean apartment, helpful hosts who welcomed us nicely and late due to our late flight. Amazing swimming pool and table-tennis! Highly recommend

It was quite cold in the nights but there were plenty of warm blankets in the house :)

For the price, at least there could Shampoo and soap at the bathroom so when you arrive you can wash your hands🙂 The rest it was fine 🙂

Stunning view, beautiful pool, parking on premise, clean.

Old and worn furniture, no warm water in the morning, very old kitchen.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed, we were two families with kids and loved the space! Also, the pool is fabulous - and the view, amazing. All in all, a very good stay.
