Nice hotel, thanks for the good reception and comfort

Very nice interior, cozy and spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast on the rooftop with beautiful view. Grocery stores are just few steps from hotel. Beach is about 10 minutes away (by feet), and 3 minutes by car. Very kind and profesional staff.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly, rooftop pool was nice!

There is only one elevator and it doesn't give you the option to press up or down. At one point we waited 6 mins to get on the elevator. The staff do not help with luggage (keep in mind if you are older or have limitations)

A beautiful and comfortable hotel, clean rooms, excellent location and a beautiful view, all the staff are helpful, and breakfast was great and multiple, a beautiful buffet, the swimming pool is also fun and summer.

Especially the Pool on the Rooftop is a very Nice feature

Onfortunately the bathrooms are not (too small, smelly, water flooding everywhere)

The rooms seems unfinished, i.e. wires were hanging from the celing and the wall close to the floor seemed vet. Toilet at the swimming pool was not clean and the tables around the swimming pool were not clean.

The price was reasonable, and the location was good

The open buffet required more care but it was neglected by the staff, crumbs were everywhere, it lacked cleanliness. The rooms in reality didn’t match what was posted on booking.com, there was a divider partition in the middle of the room which lift a part of it cold and the other hot. Even the fire alarm device was removed from the ceiling, makes you wonder about the level of safety in the room. The staff asked for our phone numbers to put a review and the rate the property on our behalf so they can give it a high score, 10 out of 10 as the receptionist told us. I don’t want to bash the hotel, and I understand that I’m not going to have a 5 star experience for the money that I’m paying so I wanted the review to be as fair as possible.

I booked the hotel after comparing the prices versus the hotel classification and travelers ratings but this was misleading, since the hotel is not 4-stars hotel as mentioned in booking.com. I realized the hotel is only 3- stars. The facility is not well maintained and in a bad shape, the rooms are not clean especially the bathrooms(very dirty). The breakfast is awful and it’s clear that the owner is not willing to spend on breakfast. We had to have breakfast out of the hotel eve though it was in the room rate. The room prices are considerably high for 3- star hotel with only 2- stars services. very bad experience

A beautiful and comfortable hotel

Loved the resort itself, all the pools, the beach, the walkable distance to the marina. Everything was very beautiful and scenic.

The beds could have been comfier, the resort itself is also very dated and old you can see. That is a big undertaking evidently but it could use sprucing up.

Roof top swimming pool is great,locality also,kind of quiet but close to everything.

Due to mistake on therminal they blocked our money twice, and had to pay by other card. Hopefully we will get our blocked money back. A,C didnt work properly,they tried to fix it,but still wasnt completely ok. To be fair they offered us other rooms,but with 2 small kids 2double rooms instead of suite was out of question. We didnt got glasses for hot drinks and chairs for balcony.Had to ask for it. They didnt take out rubish for 5days.No cleaning service or towel change all the time.
