The grounds are beautiful. We stayed in the Baobab suite and it was perfect, just like the pictures! it had AC, wifi and cable TV plus a mini fridge , it was great! we loved the privacy and the views offered by the suite. The food was very good. We had a romantic dinner for two on the pier which was lovely. The grounds really are spectacular too, it was like a small oasis. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I called ahead and reserved a bottle of Rose and fruit plate and it was waiting for us in our suite like requested. We enjoyed the rose at sunset in our private terrace and it was unforgettable. We really loved our stay and cannot recommend this place enough.

We were looking forward to booking massages but the masseuse was out. There was still advertisements for massages even though it was clearly unavailable. It would have also been nice to have had more dedicated service by the pool, if you wanted anything you had to go and ask for it. The women behind the bar did not come to see if you needed anything, The website advertises all sorts of packages but when I asked about it they said they don't offer those anymore. The room was also never serviced. We were only there for two nights so it wasn't a big deal, and I imagine we had to turn in the key in order to get the room serviced. However, this was never made apparent to us at check in. Finally, the baobab suite was very hot when we arrived. I recommend the staff turn the AC on at least an hour or two before guests arrive. It was so hot in our suite, for example, that the complimentary bottle of water was also very hot. Recommend the staff leaving the water in the mini fridge so it is cool for when guests arrive.
