Perfect location overlooking Lake Como and on the outskirts of Menaggio

The view was amazing. Location was unbeatable. The apartment was just as stunning in person as it is in the photos. The bikes were a bit worse for wear but we were still able to ride them into town after the property manager kindly helped us fill up the tires. Overall we had an amazing time. We were 3 couples and it was perfect for our long holiday weekend.

The photos / description of the property were a bit misleading. If you only rent the penthouse, you do not have access to the jacuzzi which was disappointing for our group. The beds were also extremely hard and the kitchen was only stocked with 1 pan. Trying to cook for 6 adults was a bit of a challenge. We also had a bit of an issue with the key handover, it seems the company that manages the property does not arrange late check-ins, but luckily, our group was flexible and able to adjust our plans to arrive before they left for the day.

Fantastic views of lake. Very spacious and modern. Very peaceful. Immaculately clean. Although we didn't use them, the bikes and kayaks were a real plus to the place. Laura was very helpful and was very quick to respond should we have any queries.

I think it would greatly benefit with some softer mattresses. It's the only complaint, didn't stop us sleeping tjough.
