The staff were very kind and knowledgeable.

The bed was a little firm and the space to eat was a little small.

Pretty outside and inside, done with a decorator’s touch. Very helpful and friendly staff, as well as the owner herself. Lots of good local knowledge and history. 

Not one thing earns a dislike! The location is down a small side street, close to the ocean and a good local restaurant. Good complete breakfast too.

It’s a beautiful B&B, lovely manicured grounds. Clean well appointed rooms. Francoise was very helpful when I call for information about nearby restaurants. The breakfast is sumptuous, and it’s nice to dine with other interesting world travelers.

The facility was welcoming, felt like home. Francoise was very sociable and personable with her guest. The staff was outstanding in taking care of your every need. Pauline, Carla and Carlette was absolutely so attentive to our every need. The daily breakfast was great!! We got to meet other vacationers , had great conversations and company. I found my new hideaway any time I'm in Belize. Thank you for a great experience.

I had a gecko in my room for couple of days, after I heard they ate bugs, I was sort of happy he was there.🥴🥴🥴

I did not like the decoration,artificial flowers a little dusty on the wall with a frame around but that is personal taste. But the room was very nicely coloured all red. Nice for a technical stop before the airport but nothing to see around.

What an incredible little find! All staff were so friendly - breakfast was brilliant! The owner was so nice and stayed to chat to us all the morning we were leaving and made sure our taxi was on the way to bring us to the airport. Such a lovely guest house and near to some nice restaurants

Very nice place, a bit out of the centre of the city which makes it very quiet. Very secure. The staff and owner and very friendly and the breakfast is really fantastic. I got there quite late but they recommended a nice little restaurant just a block away. Most people seem to stay for one night on the way to or from the airport. They helped me organise a taxi to get to the ferry terminal.

I spent 2 nights here. The proprietor Francoise Lays and her staff Pauline and Ofra are so welcoming and helpful, it made it an exceptional stay. They customize the breakfast for you. There is filtered water in the rooms. There is a nice outside area with a fountain where you can hang out in the evening. You can tell a lot of love has been put into the place. The bed and breakfast is in the north side of Belize city and in a nice neighborhood. (per Francoise's advice you still have to be careful if you are going out and not flash your phone). I went for dinner to a place right around the corner and next to the ocean called Smokeez Seaside Restaurant. Having dinner there was a highlight from my trip. The following day I went to Sahara Grill, which is a 12 min walk (best to go in daylight or take a cab) which is a halal Lebanese place (chicken and lamb is halal) and that also was very reasonably priced and delicious food that hit the spot. Francoise, joined us for breakfast each day and her advice and guidance were priceless. Thank you, Merci, Gracias.

Wifi works most of the time but also a little spotty.

I really loved the ladies that work there, from the owner to the employees, all of them super sweet and considerate. I'd go back just for them! Bed is comfortable, room is a good size and it's clean, and I agree with the other reviews AMAZING breakfast.

I do have to mention that there were ants in my room, I think that's something that's pretty hard to avoid in the tropics. I also think it's quite expensive BUT Belize is incredibly expensive in general sooo...

At check in we were greeted with a cold drink and wet towels to clean our hands. Both rooms I booked were clean and had a private bathroom. The breakfast the next day we had a wonderful breakfast.

Having a snack in kitchen area would be nice since there isn’t anything in area to eat. There is only a small restaurant a few blocks away but it was closed and everything else nearby within walking distance was not appealing.

Villa Boscardi is a lovely place for anyone looking to relax in a safe, comfortable and happy place for a few days. Mme Francoise and her team are gracious hosts who will help you plan your day trips and make most of your trip. Her housekeepers Pauline and Orfa will make sure you start your day with a delicious and filling breakfast and fresh juice and keep the villa and your room very clean. Pauline made something new for breakfast every single day and everything was homemade and fresh. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

A very cosy place in Belize City, clause enough to both airport. Good breakfast. Françoise is really pleasant and nice !

Feels a bit overpriced.

Inside the walls of Villa Boscardi lies an amazing oasis. The staff is so welcoming and ready to help - booking taxis, tours and are full of helpful recommendations. The room (blue and gold) is super comfortable. It's located on the front/street side the property but is still very private. This might be the first time I have used a hotel bathtub. Breakfast is cooked to order so it is always hot and exactly what you want. I could have stayed here for days.

Lots of mosquitoes in the area but that is the nature of the tropics and being so close to the water.
