Management was hostile, defensive and aggressive when we asked as to why the room didn’t come with a standard microwave.

The reception area was lovely and well presented
the accommodation was so dated, the price of the accommodation we would have thought that the rooms would be a little more modern. the lighting was even extremely outdated and the soap dispensers were old. Our room had a horrible stinky drain smell that you couldn’t get rid of as there were no doors on the bathroom area to close it off, the windows and door to outside was thick with cobwebs so didn’t want to open the windows. honestly terrible experience, we checked out at 7am because we couldn’t stand the smell any longer.

Beautiful room. We loved the spa in the room! Very spacious and the couch and bed were comfy. We really enjoyed the pool and bath house/sauna.
No hair conditioner in the dispenser. The mantelpiece above the fire wasn't as clean as the rest of the room.

The location was fantastic close to everything you would need. The walking tracks were also great best of all was having a nice relaxing spa afterwards.

The room had a spa,which was great,but because of recent floods I think it affected the water which was brown,but put a bath bomb in and all 😎 cool.
The rooms were very clean,the bed was really comfortable and the staff were really nice.
We had a massage which was awesome and not pre booked but they were able to accommodate us,which was great.
The hotel was near local shops for a coffee and a great feed!
The bowling club is walking distance,but cabs buses etc are bookable👍
So all in all we had a great stay!
Ps,hotel is on the mainstreet,and 1 night there was some idiots dropping burnouts,didn't last long,but woke us up,otherwise it was nice and quiet👍
Because of recent floods the mozzie and insects were unbelievable,definitely need Bushmans/Aeroguard!

It was a short walk to Moama Bakery, Woolworths etc.
In the evening could watch the wildlife outside our window - rabbits, kookaburras, ducks and ducklings etc.
Nothing that I didn't like. Notice mozzies, so sprayed the room with spray (provided in the room) and went out.
