The door latch didn’t engage, therefore the door couldn’t be locked. There was a small water leak in the bathroom. The shower required a high and wide bath side to be straddled, my wife was unable to shower.

Simply enjoyed the whole stay there. Loved that it was relatively quiet at night so my sleep wasn't disturbed by any neighbours

The kids absolutely loved the pool and it was so handy to be close to the town centre.

Due to the age of the property there’s not much soundproofing if other guests are noisy.

Great location, walking distance to the historical part of town & also the shopping precinct. Very reasonably priced. Have stayed there numerous times & always found it comfortable & clean

This place is wonderful for families! We loved that our room allowed our kids to have their own private area to hang out in, and they're already asking if we can stay again when the weather is warmer so they can play in the pool. The person in charge on the day we checked in was kind enough to upgrade one of our rooms which was unexpected and lovely. The location was excellent as well, just a few short steps away from all the action. We are definitely staying again in the future.

If only the pool was heated so we could enjoy it in the winter! But alas, we'll just visit again in warmer weather.

Everything. The manager was great he changed our room to accommodate mobility aid. Makes all the difference when you find a good concerned manager. Great location, good size room and very clean. Would stay again.
