Breakfast was great! Staff was outstanding!
Well, that big unfinished condominium (actually looked more like it had been through a war) that our room overlooked was not the best view…

I like the staff‘s super friendliness and accomodating, the location too.
The food served at the Resto. They were not as sensitive with the fact that we cannot eat pork. One of us got so sick because there was not a decisive action to correct an error, they did not follow what was in the menu where we choose the food itself.
Sad part is that they just took our the ham from the served food, heated it and served back to us, making even more the pasta .. sagging.
We complained but no good action neither was we got helped out when my companion was already throwing up at the resto toilet. It was a terrible experiencey

Very spacious premier room and the service. They allowed us to change room since the first room has a depressing building view 😁, they are more than happy to help us with this request. Staff are all very polite and well spoken.
No mall is really near within the premises. Also, I believe that the HK department does their job diligently. However, I can still see marks on tiles and some foot stains after cleaning. Also, when I tried to wipe the floor, it's brown-black.

First day was not great. We had a late check-in right before 12 midnight and the room offered to me was not well prepared with amenities standard in the room. The hotel has gotten older since my last stay in 2017. I see traces of broken lock not fixed . The closet has broken pole that the guest need to adjust - I left it as it is. The shower tub area was clogged and the door did not have a seal so when we used it, it began flooding the floor. The hairdryer also needed to be changed because it was too weak for hair drying.
I had to request a new and acceptable room the next day and it was fine and tolerable.
The view was fantastic.

Excellent in all levels. Hotel is super clean and indoor pool was really nice. Welcoming, friendly and respectful staff. They’re all amazing. Food at Cucina and Cafe Pronto fantastic. Love it!

There was nothing not to like. Everything was of high quality and the customer service is at par with any 5-star hotel chain. Special thanks to Ezra (front desk), Elisha (restaurant), Glenn (housekeeping) and the countless folks that provided me with such top-notch customer care.
Sad that I couldn't stay longer.

The staff was very nice and always asking if we needed any help
The only issue I had is that upon check in they didn’t account for my partner even tho I told them in advance she was gonna be with me and I gave them her name. But they quickly made amend for it by giving all the amenities needed for two people in the room even tho it was past midnight so nothing to say

The staff was friendly, helpful, and always at my disposal. Breakfast and all meals ( Club Lounge) were excellent. A really pleasant stay in a great place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in was fast and efficient. Thank you Al and Claire!! They're the best. The rioom was very luxurious and spacious and had a great view!! Kudos to Tin who always greeted us with her wonderful smile! We had a very memorable week at the Marco Polo.
