The hotel is clean, room is comfortable and the location is excellent. Breskfast is good, no complain.

The room they assigned us for this stay was very nice! I like that there’s a gym, and that the hotel is connected to the mall. But, Eastwood is a city in and of itself, so guests will want for nothing in terms of food places. As a hotel guest, you’re entitled to 1 free car pass per day. It’s my new favorite hotel in Manila.

The wifi was a little unpredictable in the room. Maybe, it’s the location of the room. Also, the gym equipment could be upgraded to newer, better models. A lot of guests, me included, choose hotels that have a gym. Nonetheless, the gym is sufficient.

I booked airport pickup for my arrival, was disappointed with the service of the driver. I was expecting him to meet me at bay 6 of NAIA arrival, but he was waiting across the street from the bay, unlike the other hotel reps who were patiently waiting at the side of the bay, some even before the passengers exit the building. I had to walk across to the other side to meet the driver, who did not even know my complete name. He asked me if I was “Yama”, so I told him I wasn’t. he said, “siguro iba po ang susundo sa inyo.” I confirmed with him what the name of his passenger was, he then said my last name correctly. And then, he made me walk to the car at the parking lot! when I pointed this out, he said, “bay 6 din po naman ito a! Kung gusto niyo bumalik kayo dun!” Such a disappointing experience!

The musty smell, rooms are already run down but the rest are great

Locations amazing- very convenient to grocery stores, Just sun hours away from their Airport. Staff are all amazing and very polite and helpful.

I will not get breakfast included next time. Food is a lot cheaper and you have more options outside the hotel.
