This propery is actually handled by the 4-star hotel Albergo Lenno located 300 m from the residence.
The staff from Albergo Lenno is very nice and professionnal, taking care of your requests.
You can additionnaly take your breakfast at the hotel and use its swimming pool (in case the one at the residence does not suit you :-))
This residence is really a great place to stay, especially if you are with kids. You have a small kitchenette available as well as a swimming pool and a garden. There is a nice parking lot right in front of the residence. Very handy.
The residence also features an elevator.
There is also a supermarket within walking distance. By the way, Villa Balbaniello and the traghetto's dock are also within walking distance.
I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Lenno and actually for a stay in mid-lake Como area.
the only downside I can see is the fact that the residence is located right on the Strada Statale that goes around the bank of Lake Como. There are no pathways for pedestrians around the residence. That makes it a little bit dangerous.

The size and location
The parking is not reserved for the residence therefore others park there to go to the shore/lake all day and the beds are too hard.

Perfect. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Nice little swimming pool with a beautiful green place around. The staff was great. They changed our room to be more confortable with our dog that sleeps outside on the terrace.

A very good option for a reasonable price. Lenno is conveniently located near the most popular tourist destinations on Lake Como. Our room was comfortable and clean, everything we needed was there.

Apartment large, partial view of the lake, very clean well stocked, just a short walk to hotel for breakfast if we wanted it.
Good location for boats and train to other parts.
