The Staff were great as always 🤗👍! The location is superb and the lake view breathtaking 🤩🤗👍!

The restaurant was closed and the breakfast virtually nonexistent. The bathroom had no window and no vent.

The hotel is beautiful and so very nicely restored. It's situation is great, but kids with boomboxes on the semi-circular pier / jetty till late a night was a bit of a bummer. The all-night receptionist was a very nice lady, very helpful.

I arrived at 19.15 and I asked where the restaurant was, only to be told - oh they're closing !! (They officially close at 20.00) So I dashed there and an aggressive waitress said the kitchen was already closed. I'd been having meetings / driving all day and was tired and hungry. I settled for a bowl of soup and some bread !! (Szczecinek out of season is pretty quiet - not many places open at all and the streets deserted at 20.30) Then it took about 30 mins to work out how to switch the tv on. The lady from reception tried but she said there was a new decoder and no-one had left any instructions - big faux pas. My neighbour had the same problem and gave up, but I wanted to catch the champions league matches !!

The by staff choosen tables for breakfast and the fact that their is no breakfast buffet. I love to choose my own breakfast.

Beautiful surroundings. Located on a lovely lake with a beautifully landscaped park. The town is historic and pretty. Close to a very nice Catholic church with good sermons. The rooms are spacious and the staff are nice.
