great Host, very accommodating.

Clean and fabulous location

very good location and the apartment is big with good air conditioning in every bedroom 👍🏼 nice terrace to hang out with a group or eat breakfast etc.

The only thing I would complain about was that the floors were not properly cleaned, there was a lot of sand and dirt on the floor towards the end of our stay.

Service by the host and the cleaning lady was amazing as well as the location. All safe and secure. It's close to everything, beach, restaurants, shops.

The apartment could use little bit of renovation in the future to look even better.

Close to the beach and our assistant I believe his name was Matheus/Mateo.

The biggest issue was the property FLOODED during our stay. It was about 2am when we discovered the rain coming in from the balcony and lucky for us one of the girls got out of the bed and let us all know before the water got too high. This was an extreme safety risk to us because of the electrical sockets and property damage to our belongings. Unfortunately we had to leave in the middle of the night during the storm to find other accommodations. When we were talking to the property the manager could not be reached and our assistant was limited to how he could help and told us to put towels down and they would be there in the morning, not acceptable. We came back the next day 10/11am the manager still was not there and NO NEW ACCOMMODATIONS WERE READY. When he finally arrived we showed him where the rain came in and discussed our next options. Since their was no new accommodation ready and there was no guarantee for a new accommodation anytime soon (it was estimated they could MAYBE find a new place around 1400) we found another hotel in the area to stay as it was unacceptable to have no where to stay after being up all night. We discussed with the manager that we would need to be reimbursed for the hotel the night it rained as well as our new hotel because while they had “cleaned up” the mess it was still projected to rain during our stay and the property wasn’t safe at the time as well as their being water damage, mold, and a smell you would expect after a property flooded all night. The whole reason it flooded was because the property wasn’t maintained properly and the drains on the balcony were not only covered but clogged as well (see pictures). The manager agreed and we provided them all receipts, screen shots, and estimates and left the property while the manager walked around with the engineer paying us no mind seeming more concerned with that then with what happened with us.
