The breakfast was fresh and delicious

Room service did not clean my room. I called the Front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Also there were roaches in my room Along with a stained mattress and dusty lamps. Totally appalled since we paid close to $2000 for 6 days for a high end resort. Nothing was done about this to compensate for the discomfort. Last, but not least there was a bug in my juice during the breakfast buffet, so the manager removed that from my bill.

The only negative was the “coffee” machine that was actually a express or latte little thing that produced horrible “coffee” I would rather a regular cooker maker :)

The AC in our room wasn’t keeping the room cold and the bathroom was full of mold.

It was beautiful and close to the things we wanted to see. The staff was wonderful.

Just little things. The halls and rooms had a musty/mildew smell and everything stayed wet. The towels were really rough and the hair products smelled bad. Beach towels were threadbare

The staff was slow and not very helpful. The food and drinks where over priced. Waited forever for our food and drinks.

The pool did not seem as clean as I would have preferred and the jacuzzis were not hot, just like warm at most.

We had the breakfast buffet included in our rate and it were so many great options at the buffet. We rented a car at the Wyndham which was very convenient. All of the different pool and restaurant options were great for the family.

The cable was out for the first two days. The hotel never left us enough blankets for the beds we used in the room. The bunk bed was very squeaky.

The breakfast included was great! It was a huge buffet with choices for everyone including egg, omelet, and waffle station. Lots of choices.

The hotel areas are beautiful. the rooms are spacious and comfortable bed. Great restaurants and beach is perfect.

the gym was a bit small ( compare to other services) and without windows. The hotel is so beautiful that makes you a expect a better gym.

Nice everything good

The grounds were beautiful. The swim up bar was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful, all amenities were easily accessible. We had a wonderful time!

The WIFI wasn't the best, but we received notification that the problem was outside of the resort's control.

The breakfast bar and staff was excellent. The bell hop was very helpful getting us taxis. My favorite staff was the concerrage. We loved Jaunita and the man that worked with her. They deserve a raise! Loved, loved them!

way overpriced for what you get. It’s a nice hotel but it wasn’t as clean as I expected. There were bandaids floating in the pool, the beach chairs had bird poop on them everyday and you literally had to watch out to make sure birds didn’t poop on you. The rooms were decent but they definitely need a deep clean. The food was ridiculously expensive - why are 3 pancakes 20$? And there aren’t a lot of food options, especially if you are vegetarian/vegan. Also if you don’t eat pork make sure you say that because the beans at the restaurants are cooked with pork. Also, there isn’t much to do on the resort besides. Beach pool & jetskis. The beach water is very rough and dangerous to swim in.
