Abbiamo passato qualche giorno con la famiglia nel relax e tranquillita' assoluta. È stato molto bello per I nostri figli che hanno trovato 2 piscine e un piccolo campetto da calcio dove potersi divertire. Anche il nostro cane e' stato accontentato in quanto, ha potuto godere di lunghe passeggiate sui prati. Il ristorante svolge servizio di colazione e cena. L appartamento era completo di ogni confort e aveva una vista aperta sulla valle e su una delle due piscine.

Perfect lokation. The place is beautiful and very well kept. The staff is extremely friendly and serviceminded. Our flat Il Faggio was big, very clean and had a wonderfull terrace with a stunning view. The restaurant is very nice and the food is delicious.

The view is awesome. The apartment is roomy and homey. The property is beautiful. The pool is great. Breakfast is delicious. The hosts work very hard to accommodate the guests. Their restaurant serves lunch and dinner also. Our meals were all excellent and the.guests are from all over the world. The Marche region of Italy is picturesque and pristine. We loved everything!

Beautiful location and buildings. The restaurant serves local dishes of good quality. The owner and staff were very nice.
The bed was a bit hard, but then I'm used to very soft beds.

Room was spacious, great views from the farm, secluded and relaxing. Danielle is a great host, food at the restaurant are also very good and convenient.

The view was amazing. We had an appartement in the lower building, which has excellent view over the valley. The staff is so friendly! A family which is running the place, really nice and relaxt atmosphere. The breakfast and dinners they serve are delicious. We will definitely come back in the future.

Great location, balcony, swimming pool, breakfast. We could take our dog.
Didn't sleep very well the first night as there is no air-conditioning and it was very hot, plus could hear the upstairs guests talking/moving around until quite late. The swimming pool was really lovely, but you can't use the towels supplied with the room, so you need to have your own.

Very friendly owner, own restaurant with very good local food, possibilty to buy homemade products, quiet environment close to the beautiful medieval village Penna San Giovanni
