extra charge for towels and bed linen. this is not good practise. thin walls. you could hear the naboring apartment conversations and their tv. Had to pay cash, which today is not a good practise either.

This is a tourist trap. You have to pay for the sheets and towels (€32!) And you will have to make up the beds yourself. The people who run this business are pure commercial and not costumer-friendly at all. All for the money, efficient, no taste, cold and unhuman. Even a middle-of-road-hotel has got more hospitality and warmth.

Everything about this stay was perfect for us. Great communication, fantastic location, super comfy beds and a good layout- meaning that the bedrooms were on opposite idea of the apartment. Also the parking on the street was easy as from 7pm- 8am the parking is free- we were super fortunate to get one of the few spaces right outside the door!

We ended up taking our own bed linen and towels as they were extra to rent at the property. It was not a problem for us though.

The location is perfect, but I definitely don’t recommend it for families. The place itself is not the best, in the photos looks nicer.

1) we need to wait long time before we get our room, 2) to check out it was the same, we needed to wait ages before they appeared, 3) in the B.com website it mentioned that this property accepts all payment method and that’s not true, they only accept cash which was a bit annoying as it was not expected, 4) the entrance of the building is a bit dirty, 5) I won’t recommend this place for families

there is a steep and narrow staircase - inconvenient if you come with a small kid at stroller

Flat is nice, has many commodities, is well located. Price is fair for what you get. Our experience when checking-in was the great downside of our stay.

We didn't have what I would call a warm welcome on our arrival. We received a harsh message about 1h before our arrival from the lady whom was meeting us for the check-in, whom was practically calling us unpolite. She claimed we had not informed them our arrival time and that she wouldn't be there waiting for us the whole afternoon. Turns out I had messaged them a couple of days before informing the time of arrival, which happened to be the time we actually got there. I did not send them a new message 1h before arrival as it was suggested in their confirmation email, yet I don't think it justifies the passive-aggressive tone of this lady's message. Upon out arrival, after waiting some good 10-15 min for the lady to be done with another check-in/out, my mother - who is physically disabled and has difficulties standing for long periods of time - mistakenly took a quirky piece of furniture that was in the reception hall for a bench. While she tried to sit on it it clearly gave signs it wasn't stable enough to sit on, and she immediately gave up on her move. Turns out the lady, who was doing my check-in, mocked my mum and rolled her eyes up, in a clear sign of disrespect towards elderly people and, furthermore, to her own clients. I felt very offended.
