Location are good, new to Milano Centrale.
Staff is not speaking English, room was cold and in poor condition. I had problem with reservation, they couldn't find it and I receive room next door to reception.

Todo! Personal muy atento, nos ayudaron mucho. Habitación muy limpia y de muy buen tamaño, me sorprendió por grande, tanto la habitación como el baño. Cama grande y cómoda, al igual que las almohadas. La ubicación está bien pues está a 10 minutos andando de la parada de metro Loreto. Relación calidad precio.

1. Friendly and helpful staff (be prepared to use English - Italian translator app if you are not able to speak italian - helps with everything you need - just ask);

4. The bed was made and towels changed daily;
5. Pleasant first impression;
6. AC working in the room without any issues.
TLDR:
Great place to spend a night after a long day of exploring. Will be back to this hotel for sure!
1. Corridor smelling like cigarettes 🚬 (no bad smell in the room tho);
2. Bathroom with not the ordinary door (sliding doors);
3. During room cleaning - person responsible for that disposed of our left over pizza 🍕 which was planned as a night time snack (no fridge in the room where to keep food).

First of all they are great people. You feel very safe and like you are at home. Although they are not speaking english but If you move one step Italian they will help you . Hot water was on 24 hours and also wife was very good.

Everything was clean. Very comfortable bed, hot shower, clean towels for everything. Nice view from the balcony. Good coffee.
The socket was only on one side of the bed, inconvenient when you have two phones. The light in the room turned on only near the bed

the bed was oke
The bedsheets had stains and the floor was not cleaned properly. The pillows where like a rock but if it’s what you like then it’s oke. Then the biggest problem is that we where checking out at 12:00 normal like is written on their booking page but the day we where supposed to go, the cleaning lady came angry at our door at 11:00 that we had to leave the hotel in 5 minutes ( i was still sleeping) and so i had to tell her to wait at least 10 more minutes. This was the first time in years of bookings that something so rude happens to us. At least be nice about it don’t throw us out in our ‘pajamas’. so never again will i come here. And don’t expect any toilet paper in the room, Because there is non! only the bidet.

Nothing... This is the worst hotel ever I stayed in my life
First of all this hotel should remove from booking.com list... they don't know how to respect the customer... there is no place to sit even in the reception area.... they treat me as nothing... The old lady in the reception, she is very aragon.... she shouted me for my question... I feel very bad in this place 😞

The street is too laut what makes it difficult to sleep and also the bathroom smelled like urine.
