We are traveling as a group of 4 adults and stayed at apartment number 2. this apartment has Perfect location, metro, underground parking and trams are nearby, a carefour supermarket is nearby. Flat itself is clean, well equipped and has a lot of spaces. Before I am going, we read some messages on internet about the safety of the area, but we didn’t find and feel anything strange or uncomfortable.

Somehow one bed is constantly making noises when move during sleeping, and we are normal weighted persons. this needs to be looked at by the owner but not a big deal though.

Metro station 5 minutes walk take you to DOMO in 15 minutes, 24 hs Carrefour Market next to the property

The kitchens is not very well equipped, the windows of the 2 toilets' open into the main bedroom. the bed size very small for 2 persons. The NUKI App used for opening the door is not practical as it depends on Internet. The area is rough area our car window was broken by a thieves.

İnside of the apartment was large, and comfortable enough, enough plates, fork, spoom, glass etc... Fridge, washermachines... Tv To have two bathrooms was the thing i liked most.

Neighborhood was dirty, even i saw hookers. i was expecting to see bunk, like i saw on pictures while comfirming reservation. But we didnt have bunk, friends had to sleep together on same bed. I hated door lock system, sometimes error and it was really hard to open apartment door with that stupid application. And I expect to see a smily face, an assistant at least to help, no everything is online, automatic.

Very modern and well furnished apartment. Location is good enough: a large supermarket is around the corner, city center is ~20 min by public transport. There is a great and quite cheap underground parking in the neighborhood.

Very nice owner, helpful. He give mr some good advices. Parking is very close. Clean apartment. Metro station near by.

The communication with the staff was good, the person we communicated with was very professional and helpful. They addressed our concent of the apartment being dirty and sent someone to clean it.

Even though the apartment had all the amenities and was well equipped, the most important things for a comfortable stay were not satisfactory. First of all it was not clean. It was obvious the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Pesonally I find it uncceptable to find a dirty shower upon arrival. The bathroom was also very impractical since it had no hooks or anything to put the towels on. The toilet flush system did not work properly. Some of the dishes were dirty too. There were spider webs in the bedrooms which made it clear the apartment hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while. The bed cover and pillows were of the poorest quality, especially considering we stayed there during the winter and the bed cover was nothing more than a thin sheet. The mattress was also very uncomfortable for two people. It was also extremely noisy, you could hear noise from the inside of the building as well as from the outside. To sum up, we could barely sleep. It is unfortunate we had such bad experience since the apartment has great potential and the staff we communicated with was very professional. .

Close to Metro and train stations. A lot of restaurants nearby.

Two of the bedrooms have windows facing inner hallway, it is difficult to get fresh air.

It was a nice and well set up apartment big enough for our family. 4 adults and 2 children. Great with 2 bathroom,toilets. Good heating system. Close to the supermarket and metro. Also great undercover garage near by. Great communication with the host.

For the winter time it would have been nice to have an extra blanket .

it’s just a stunning flat in all! beautiful! couple minutes walk to train station and you’ll be in duomo in less than 15 minutes. The flat has everything you need

not much really.

The apartment was neat and equiped.

The Heating worked with difficulty, the gas type didn't work and we used the AC type, but were not sufficient.
