Room didn’t get cleaned on Friday - but lucky the towels were ok to use after hanging them back up? Question if they struggled to get staff for the long weekend given school holidays! Also pity that the restaurant wasn’t open too!

The location is perfect with parking at the back door. Nice restaurant and the reception staff were amazing.

We were there over Easter for 4 days and there was no house keeping the entire time, that was a bit disappointing

The staff were exceptional, and the accommodation was great , all our needs were catered for, we enjoyed happy hour and our dinner was lovely. Our room was excellent with a great view and lovely and spacious

No breakfast on Monday morning…as an international business traveller this was ridiculous. A mini issue was TV didn’t work in room.

Room was neat and tidy not new but close to pool etc we were comfortable

Family rooms are fantastic with seperate room for the kids

The check-in process was simple, and the staff were friendly and informative. We stayed in the older rooms, which were clean and perfect for what we needed. We had the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of options, and the kids absolutely loved the pool (even though it was a little cold)

We travelled by train, which meant we didn't have a car. Not knowing the area I felt it was a little out of the way.

Great place to stay. This was just a stop over for us, room clean and very large, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Would recommend staying here. The only negative is at all the hotels we have atayed on this trip. This is the only one that didn't offer free bottled water.

Would have liked to prepare toast first thing. Also pod coffee would have been terrific.

The room was lovely in itself. Bed comfortable etc. Restaurant food was very nice and the waitress second to none & very friendly.

The bed was very comfortable but both my mum and I found the doona much too hot. We tried the blanket instead-not warm enough. ( Suggest two blankets be available in future). The wheelchair accessible bathroom was nice & big and the requested shower mat was provided. However, there was nowhere to put your clothes so you could dress after the shower & nothing to sit on except the toilet-whch had no lid so you couldn't put clothes on that either(!) Whilst there were plebty of rails near the shower & toilet the floor was very slippery when wet so we had to drape towels on the floor to walk/move around whilst getting dressed. A plastic/waterproof chair should be provided in future so you have somewhere to drape your clothes to dress after the shower & somewhere to sit whilst doing so ( especially if elderly & still capable of dressing yourself.

The breakfast was good. The room was nice & the bed very comfortable. The best thing was it was nice and quiet & across the road from the lake

It would have been good if breakfast could start at 7am instead of 8am
