This Motel is consistent, clean and predictable. On the main road, but still quiet enough to sleep at night. Bed is comfy, good basic kitchen facility and walking distance to plenty of eating options. Our rooms have always been a good size, and upstairs so we had some lake views - which is nice!

Problems with my card on arrival, a blocked toilet and a non-functioning air conditioner all resulted in a hot, stressful arrival. Staff were kind and patient and managed to sort it all out for us.

The facilities are run down, and the customer service upon arrival was abysmal. There was no welcome, just the word "yes" from the girl as she returned to the unattended office we were waiting in.

Nice and big room, with microwave very convenient.

Bed not so comfortable, a bit too hard for me.

It’s close to a lot only thing that’s good

The mattress are absolutely disgusting and discomfort I would been better at a hostel. The showers you couldn’t even turn cold on to get it hot enough the pressure of the water was horrible. you need to walk out the front of property for a smoke I was upstairs in room 17 I would never pay to stay again

Central location

Almost same name as a property 50m away adding to the confusion. You are unable to have any guests apparently. The environment and room smelt like curry and was unavoidable. Non refundable booking meaning unable to make any changes. Could not open the curtain as it would provide no privacy, no curtains other than blackout ones. No natural air in room other than a small window above air con.

Toilet would not flush and bathroom sink filled up without a plug and took a while to go down the drain

The motel was perfectly situated, close to shops and restuarants, within walking distance. There was allocated parking for each room. Our room was a good size and airy with plenty of natural light. It was clean and comfortable and situated on the first floor. The owner and room attendant were friendly and helpful. Will use this motel again.

As our room was on the road side of the motel there was traffic noise which soon disappeared when you closed the window above the kitchenette. No major concern.. The allocated parking bays were small and narrow and difficult to manoeuvre when large 4WDs were also parked.

Our room was not cleaned well when we arrived. There was still a used dirty towel behind the door and my daughter found an empty kfc packet behind her bedside. Passable if you’re only staying for a night.
